M registering my complaint from last 1 month but bajaj customer care is not helping me..
Even service center persons are misbehaving with me and not sending any technical..
I have all the recording with me how they are threatening and shouting on me..

Now i dont now who to complaint.

Choosing a bajaj geyser is become my biggest complaint..

    Dear Concern,
    i purchased a bajaj immersion rod from vishal mega mart on 26 of nov 2019 but now its not working .i go vishal mega mart to change the rod but they don't change the product and sail call to bajaj electricals toll free no. they give you door step service but when i call to bajaj the excutive said you can change form the store we cant do any thing in this metter so kindly send me a confirmation mail to exchange the product from vishal mega mart . find billl in attachment .

    Geyser is not working properly . I have already lodge a complaint with complaint No. .LUC[protected] -1&LUC[protected]-1, but my problem has not been resolved yet.

      I ordered a bajaj room heater on 31st december, 2019 through website of bajaj and i paid the amount through paytm. The item was mentioned to be delivered within 7-10 days. On 4th jan, 2019 i got a call from bajaj executive that the item is not available with them and so it can't be delivered and the amount will be refunded to my bank a/c and so i will have to give my bank a/c no with ifsc
      Code through mail they will send to me. But no mail was received till now. I booked an item on 31st dec, 2019 and paid for the same which was to be delivered within 7 - 10 days but after 5 days it was informed that it can't be delivered and the amount was also not refunded till now.
      I am surprised to know that the item which can't be delivered was advertised in website and for that payment was accepted and after 5 days it was informed that it can't he delivered till now, no refumd was paid. I called several time to customer care of bajaj but no help/action was received till now. I sent mail to bajaj customer care and sales section also but till now the amount was not refunded to me.

      No action has been taken till now. Every time when I called to web section of Bajaj electricals, either one person (name as Tanaji) told me that it will be refund within one day Or nobody received the call.But till now the amount was not paid to my account.
      But Til;l now no action has been taken by them. When I call the customer care, several new no are given to call which are all not working. Till now I have not received the amount .

        Call id kol[protected]-1 the techinican could not resolve the case. He said the model is obsolete now, so they dont have parts, towards the end, he did something and showed us that the heater is working again. He said it will last for sometime. Took 250 rs as charge, then left, i just went to the other room and set the heater again, and boom! It started giving cold air as was the problem before.

        So you guys cheated me of 250rs, did nothing, no resolution, however took the money! The heating did not even last 5 minutes. I called the technician, he disconnected the call. What kind of fraud is bajaj doing? Its so saddening to see reputed brands like yours, stooping so low and doing fraudulent activities to earn money out of loyal customers. I had decided i am going to buy a new bajaj heater, but now i think i will go for another brand, as i cant stand liars and frauds and cheats!

          Bajaj cc is not helping me. Keeps registering a complaint without any resolution. Technicians and service center do not pickup the phone. Technician came and took money to repair ofr but it stopped working in 30 odd mins. I emailed bajaj immediately to establish a written timeline and now there is no response from bajaj. If they can't repair just admit it and refund the money taken as product didn't work for even one day

          Bajaj majesty iron box cord wire is damaged.L pin is broken which is connected to the plug.I just dropped it down after i did iron to my clothes.the L pin to the plug is removed out of it.

            bajaj calenta 15ltr is not working

            Hi team,

            I brought a new bajaj celanta 15ltr water heater from military canteen. After installing we switch on the geyser but it is not working. The heating indicator light is off.
            Please note first time the heating indicator light is on and later sometimes the heating indicator light is cut off. The water supply is cut off.

            Please let me know if you need any further details on this.

            Bought geyser last year, now this is not working. Made a complain to customer care to get it service. They told me, it will take 48hrs to attend the call. Its more than 4 days no one visited or call me for servicing. Every morning i get sms mentioning technician name and a phone number following by 8 digit code. But no one picks call when i called that number.

              Hyd[protected]-1. Lodged complaint on 7th dec 2019. Till now not resolved. Sent multiple reminder mails to customer care. Hyderabad team is not at all responding. Really pathetic to know that bajaj electricals is not having any control over the operations. Your customer care sent reminders hyderabad team for resolution. But they are very care less and kept the issue pending. This is total non sense and not expected from company like bajaj. Very sad state of affairs

                I am writing to you to raise an issue about: computers & consumer electronics

                The issue that i have experienced was: i have buy a gas cook model no. Cgx2 eco glass body on 24 nov 19. After that only 2 days gas cook has not working. After that i have call them and his tecnisan has come on after 8 days but not solve my issue. After 2 days again same problem. I have many time contact they coustmer care but not solve my problem. After that i have call they branch officer name shilanshi sharma with no. [protected]. They have said i have solve your problem in 2 days but no solve my problems. Still 3 time they tecnisan come my home but same problem.

                  I ordered bajaj ceiling fan 2 numbers on 3.12.19, order number is bel001b1349470, bel002b1349470, and amount also paid through credit card. But your online status shows unapproved. Not shipped material till now what is the current status of the my order. When i get material.in case you are not shipped the material. Kindly refund me my amount in original mode of payment.

                      1. I bought this air cooler on 15.06 2019. After using 2 months the water motor stopped working.
                      2. I am totally disappointed with this product.
                      3. Bajaj electricals should not provide this type of items to customers.
                      4. Noise is also very high causing disturbance.
                      5. Only after using 2 months this air cooler water moter started working but the company has given 1 year warranty.
                      6. This doesn't provide good cooling air.

                            We have a bajaj platini 25 l water geyser. Recently on using the geyser we felt electric current in the taps and therefore we complained and were asked to change the immersion rods which the technician did. But the problem was there the next day itself. Firstly our geyser had three settings since the immersion had three rods. After replacement by the technician with a two rod immersion o e setting doesn't work and the indicator light also doesn't function. The electric current problem is still there. On repeated complaints the same technician came and said he will bring the three rod immersion since it is now available but now doesn't pick the call.

                              I logged a complaint on 5th september 2019 for my bajaj induction icx7 not detecting any vessel. The technician visited and said it is a pcb issue and changed it charging 1600 for the replacement. Withing 3 weeks, it again stopped detecting vessel and i logged a complaint. The same technician visited again and said the soldering had come loose and repaired it. Within 2 weeks, the problem resumed and i logged a complaint. The same technician now said the new pcb is not working hence has to be replaced. He opened up the induction and but the replacement pcb did not work and since then he has never returned despite logging a complaint. Technician - sathya [protected]. The customer care gave the number of the area head mala [protected] but nobody ever receives calls on this number. It's a complete fraud that bajaj customer care is driving by making people pay for repairs that don't last.

                                  I have submitted an online complaint that my 10 litre Bajaj Majesty Geyser couldn't heat the water on 17/10/19. Till now no service engg has come to visit my problem..again i complain that no one has come on 21/10/19. After 3 day I got a feedback call from Bajaj electricals and told my concern..but till now no has contacted.i wanted to know that if you can not send a executive to home then what's the way to solve my problem.
                                  It's very bad experience with bajaj service.hope my problem would be solved as early as possible

                                      I have raised a complaint on 13/10/19 complaint no:mum[protected]-1 for my electric kettle. The technician came the next day & took the kettle to the service centre. I called him after 2 days & he says that it is irreparable as the part is unavailable. The company will either replace or refund. Later i was told that i will get replacement after i had continuous follow ups with mr. Taufiq & mr. Sujay. They dont bother to answer calls or return calls or sms. I was promised thrugh sms that i would get the kettle with replacement on 26/10/19. Today both of them are not answering my calls or sms. I have complained this on twitter. I am losing my warranty period. This is the worst and pathetic company i have ever experienced till date. Kindly share the md or chairman email id. Please refund my money.. I am fed up of this service. I will not take the product anymore as the parts are unavailable and the services are pathetic.
