I ordered a bajaj Majesty ICX 7 Induction Cooker on 6th March, 2022 through website of https://shop.bajajelectricals.com/ and I paid the amount through Credit Card. The item was mentioned to be delivered within 7-10 days. On 9th March, 2022 I got a call from bajaj executive(Vineet Kapoor) that the item is not available So he said We will cancel this order and amount will be refunded. So I wait for order cancelation and I follow-up on email...

I got a call from naukari. Com she said your resume is shortlisted to bajaj electricals to get interview id at now should pay 1000 thorough Google play...

I purchased a Bajaj OTG 3500 TMCSS through Amazon as the model was not available at Reliance digital or Chroma closest to me.

However, the top left part of the OTG's roof was caved in when the box was opened.

The product was delivered by a delivery guy and no one from Bajaj was sent for a Demo either.

It's been 2 days, I'm neither able to use the OTG nor get it replaced or refunded. Have been...

The product doesn't work from the date I purchased, I raised this issue from I purchase date 2 Nov 21 but no one takes responsibility for this....

I bought the Heater on 25/11/2021, the installation engineer came in and installed the water heater a few days after delivery.

On 20/12/2021 the heater developed an issue where the green light for heating would not work, I have been trying to call up the Bajaj Helpline at[protected] but seems all lines are busy always I have raised complaints on their website or their automated Chat application yet no response.

I pitched new geyser and it got installed after 3 days even after multiple follow-ups.

Now after installation it's giving electric shocks. I checked with tester it's inlet outlet pipes having full current. This is the quality of brand and safety measures.

Please reactify issues asap otherwise replace the product...

I have an ordered bajaj iron box through bajaj electricals official site and paid the amount. After that i dint receive any confirmation mail/sms from there side whenever i call customer care they say our team will call you but no one calls you. Please help me to get my money back. I dont want there product as there customer service is very poor .

I purchased new Bajaz electricals geyser from One of the shop in bangalore.
Bajaj customer care is very pathetic.
6 days have passed, still awaiting Bajaz service person to visit our house to install this geyser
They are bunch non professional fellows employed in their Customer care.
Please avoid to purchase bajaz products, in case you want peace of mind....

Local technician failed to attend..call center pre closed my complaint without verification.. Customer Service fails to acknowledge or act upon of my complaint..How to go about this issue, next?.. no guidance available whom to contact when all the above failed at ground level.. the call center cheats you by making you talk to PPL introducing to you with fake official designations....

I have bought a cooker- Bajaj majesty’s-3 litre in last month 9th NOV 2021 since very use cooking doing continuously whistle while you cook anything in it like : Daal, Rice, Rajma, etc. Due to continuously whistle nothing getting cooked properly

I have contacted customer care but the said they don’t provide after sales supper or repair for cooker

This is absolutely ridiculous and foul practice by Bajaj br...

I have lodged a complain on 17 Dec 21 for my defective geyser under warranty. The complain ID generate by customer care was NOI[protected]-1.P
The geyser was inspected by engineer and element found defective.
Since, last one week the heating element/coil has not been made available the reason best known to Bajaj.
During the winter season, the delay in supply and fitment of spare is not understood. The company need...

Hi,
I bought this product by the specification that it instantly provide hot water with storage of 3 litters.

But both of the things are not correct neither it is giving instantly hot water nor it is priding 3 liters hot water.

So now this product is completely not fulfilling...

I have purchased electric gyser model popular plus 10 ltr from Market.

Bajaj gyser box already mentioned free installation and inlet outlet pipes. But company denied for free installation and inlet outlet pipe and informed our company policy changed....

My new FP-BJ-FX 191725, Food Processor Mixi is not functioning. Which was purchased on 16.11.2021....

I bought a Bajaj geyser from vasanth and co Trichy. They promised me that it will be installed within 24hr at the time of purchase. But no one is coming to install. If this is happening for the New product and what will be happen to the repair one....

Received message for installation from Bajaj electricals but no one is coming to install for the last two days. Bajaj electricals company taking a more time even for just for the installation of the New product and I don't know what will happen if any there is a fault....
