I purchased Bajaj Food Processor Fx 1000 Dlx around 6 months back(19/11/2021), thinking that its an established brand. But one fine day we started the mixer and we stared smelling something burning. The executive who came from service center said that some plastic part is damaged inside. He also mentioned that plastic part damage is not covered under warranty and we have to pay it get it fixed.
My question is, if a company is using sub-standard material and the product is damaged then what means does a consumer have to identify the quality of the product. We pay to the company relaying on their brand value but if in return the brand is giving sub-standard product, it should be treated as cheating.
Secondly, even after around a week after requesting the part, the part is not replaced yet by the service center(SR Enterprises, Shop No. 21, Sector 4, Greater Noida) and there is no time provided by the service center.
So, I am feeling cheated again even by the service center.
I want my product to be working again either by replacement or by repair.

    Sir,
    Please change my blender immediately which is out of order and under warranty upto 2024. I raised the complaint your technician visited and changed the lower part but even then it didn't work.The most weired thing He even applied the mustard oil on it.
    I am undergoing too much mental harassment as i am unable to use the product when it is the most needed.Please immediately replace the defective product and fulfill ur promise which u make during selling of the product. Otherwise it will bring bad name to ur company as i am going to tell my friends, colleagues, relatives and students in India and abroad how pathetic ur services are and u fleece ur customers and take them for ride.
    I hope u will immediately fulfill ur promise to honour ur commitment and for the welfare of customers at large.

      I have raised 2 complaints for water heater leakage issues
      Both are closed by the dealer without me providing a secret code, and without proper resolution
      Complaint ID: BAN[protected]-1 and HUBI[protected].

      First complaint was raised on 25/04/2022 for water leakage issue.
      The product was purchased online at Amazon on 16th May 2020
      The technician visited and confirmed its a tank issue and closed complaint

      I was asked to raise another complaint for replacement of tank. It was raised on 11/05/2022.The dealer ( BCCD Name: [protected]- Hi Like Electronics) provided me a replacement tag on 13/05/2022 with 1 month validity and asked me to contact seller for getting replacement done.
      Dealer closed complaint again from his side without full resolution.
      I did not provide the secret code provided while raising complaint, but still dealer could close complaint.

      1) Why provide secret code for complaint closure to customer, when dealer can close without requiring it. They can close with no resolution at all and customer needs to keep raising new complaints .
      2) For warranty claim, manufacturer is responsible for resolution. How can you provide just a replacement tag and ask customer to contact seller,
      What is the responsibility that Bajaj is owning ?

      After this, I tried contacting seller and since it was bought online via Amazon(cloudtail India Pvt. Ltd), I have no means to contact them.

      Amazon informs that warranty claims has to be taken up by manufacturer.

      I tried contacting Bajaj multiple times via email, WhatsApp chat, calling customer care, I have not got any response since 13th of May

      After multiple emails, The dealer tells that he will get the product replaced.

      But he asks us to deliver and pickup the water heater from his store. My address and his store are at a distance of 40kms !

      Dealer tells, " Procedure for warranty and replacement is different for products purchased online is different"
      Why is this not mentioned in the product details when purchasing online?

      Bajaj center executive has also confirmed on call that, the pickup and delivery charges of replaced product has to be borne by the customer

        I have bought this air cooler in 31/Mar/2022. Now the cooler is not working. Its been 15 days since I bought this product. Since the return window for this product is only 10 days, Now I am not able to return this product. I am also not satisfied with the product over all functions. Kindly return and refund the product.

            Sir maine to lagta hai ki bajaj ka fan purchase kr k bahut badi galti kr di hai ek to abhi new fan ko 8 months hue hai aur problem aa gayi hai aur customer care m support kr n k bajay phone ko cut kr dete hai mere ko sabhi ne kaha Crompton ka lena but designer fan k karan maine purchase kiya ab mai sab ko yahi bolunga ki bajaj ka fan koi bhi mut lena customer service bahut karab hai mujhe jaha bhi likna padega mai vahi pr y sab lik dunga bajaj ka fan kabhi bhi mat lena

              Service is Pathetic, We have raised the request to repair the Cooler, the engineer visited from Bajaj Electricals, they have replaced the Motors with 6 month warranty charging INR 4K + visiting charges, they have damaged the cooler with not properly opening the sideways with proper tools . Engineer are not that professionals don't know about how to open with proper way also delaying the Parts which is frustrating .The Customer care are also pathetic, they are not concern about the complaints .. nd responding like will take 3/4 days to resolve already 15 days gone with no resolution ..Request my concern

                Order ID - 195346
                It payment for the shopping is done successfully and received confirmation SMS stated that products will be delivered within 6 to 7 days.
                Today is 12 Apr, 2022 and there is no update on delivery.
                Order status on the portal is showing "Ordered" from the beginning and no progress after that.
                I reached out to all customer care options given on Bajaj Electricals website -

                No response given over email. Agents on phone and WhatsApp said they don't know status but their senior will reach out to me on it.
                I never got any call back for any person of Bajaj Electricals.
                Collected a ticket ID from the agent[protected], though not sure if this is of any use.
                I need to understand if Bajaj Electricals will deliver the purchased products or not. If yes, then when.
                If they don't want deliver, I need to understand how to cancel my order as no option available in the web portal. Customer Care Agents too didn't help on this.
                It seems Bajaj Electricals is running a scam

                  This is to kindly inform you that i had purchased a bajaj room cooler
                  : DC 55 DLX new[protected] on 5th april 2022 and was delivered to me on 8th april 2022. serial number of the product 03541.
                  the same product does not provide cooling at all ". it only works as a
                  ceiling fan within the so called cooler. further i had registered the
                  problem with bajaj customer care team. the product was then inspected
                  by servicing team today on 10th april, 2022 and their assessment and
                  redressal was highly unsatisfactory, the service team claimed that the
                  temperature during the summer is too high that the cooling effect of
                  the cooler is not felt which is completely absurd explanation to a
                  customer.
                  hence, i request your croma store team at currency
                  tower, A219 raipur, -492001 to take remedial action by kindly return this defective product as soon as possible. i hereby attach the

                        We have purchased a Bajaj gas stove (SS 2B) on 12.06.2021.Just within a few months the oven was malfunctioning & as it was within warranty we contacted bajaj regarding this. A technician visited & after checking he gave us a replacement slip . So we received a new gas stove from bajaj as the technician confirmed that the old one was beyond repair. But after just few days the new stove also started showing the same problems & now when we are contacting bajaj they are harassing us & they denied any help as well . The stove is still under warranty so they are bound to provide us service which they are not providing .

                        I request for a complete money refund & I am also ready to give the faulty stove back as it is very risky for us to use a faulty gas stove.

                        A technician visited yesterday & he has submitted a false report stating that there is no problem in their gas stove. During his visit he himself has observed the malfunction . We can show the problem again as it's still persisting.

                          I ordered a bajaj Majesty ICX 7 Induction Cooker on 6th March, 2022 through website of https://shop.bajajelectricals.com/ and I paid the amount through Credit Card. The item was mentioned to be delivered within 7-10 days. On 9th March, 2022 I got a call from bajaj executive(Vineet Kapoor) that the item is not available So he said We will cancel this order and amount will be refunded. So I wait for order cancelation and I follow-up on email and Customer care phone number. but Till date no action has been taken. I sent mail to bajaj customer care and sales section also but till now the amount was not refunded to me.

                                I purchased a Bajaj OTG 3500 TMCSS through Amazon as the model was not available at Reliance digital or Chroma closest to me.

                                However, the top left part of the OTG's roof was caved in when the box was opened.

                                The product was delivered by a delivery guy and no one from Bajaj was sent for a Demo either.

                                It's been 2 days, I'm neither able to use the OTG nor get it replaced or refunded. Have been continuously trying to get to the customer service but to no avail.

                                The product was delivered in Delhi Cantt.

                                Request you to take prompt action on the same and get my product replaced immediately.

                                    I bought the Heater on 25/11/2021, the installation engineer came in and installed the water heater a few days after delivery.

                                    On 20/12/2021 the heater developed an issue where the green light for heating would not work, I have been trying to call up the Bajaj Helpline at[protected] but seems all lines are busy always I have raised complaints on their website or their automated Chat application yet no response.

                                    Need assistance here ASAP

                                      I pitched new geyser and it got installed after 3 days even after multiple follow-ups.

                                      Now after installation it's giving electric shocks. I checked with tester it's inlet outlet pipes having full current. This is the quality of brand and safety measures.

                                      Please reactify issues asap otherwise replace the product
