    I purchased bajaj Shakti gyser 15L in the month of january-2022 since then its stop working 4 times everytime technician visit and they fix the issue temprorey.

    Now they are saying you need to change the imerging Rod and it will be chargebale its so pathetic.

    Can anyone help me to replace the existing gyser as its causing lot of problem.

      2 months ago purchased Bajaj juvel digi mixer grinder from Amazon after 2 months it's stop working initiated replacement for the mixer it's almost 2 months no response from service department we call costumer service several times they are giving excuses that this is purchased from Amazon thats why replacement will get delayed

        Bajaj Team,

        These many days I had a trust with Bajaj electricals and purchased heaters, Iron boxes, Mixer grinder others.

        I purchased a Bajaj Fan (Regal Gold NXG Duck White 900mm CF) on 17-Apr-22. Do to the trust I had on Bajaj, I didn't open the product till today. For me it's a brand new fan when I installed today 14-Aug-22 and saw the fan speed, its the slowest fan I ever used.

        I will not suggest Bajaj any more, I believe Bajaj has last ita products stability

        I received a call from the complaint cell. They promised refund the amount in the form of voucher and provide guidance to avail the refund. However I never received the refund and my complaint not resolved

          One year before I bought exhaust fans and toilet from your dealer. But 2 exhaust fans are not properly working and the toilets are also not functioning properly. Since I have 2 year warranty, I want you to send me the respective service partner to my home address to resolve the issue.

            My Bajaj gyser stopped working just after post warranty. Same has been happed with my Bajaj iron. service centre engineer wasn't sure how to fix, sk he asked me to replace 2 parts which is 50% of gyser cost, i m not expecting this Bajaj, customer care doesn't respond

              Dear Bajaj, i recently purchased your Bajaj New Shakthi 10L Water geyser, we have installed the geyser there is very less water flow from Geyser, we are unable to understand the reason why the water flow is low, If we remove water conductor water flow good, if we connect water flow is very less.

                I have purchased water heater platini 15 GPV on 01/12/2012. Tank of the heater was damaged and it was replaced by bajaj caldia 10 lts on 25/02/2017 by paying Rs 1, 677/- the reason not known. On 03/07/2022 again water seems to be leaking from tank and I have made a docket vide KOL[protected]-1 on the same date, but the technician has not come yet. While online docket the personnel has said i have to pay Rs 350/- + gst for the visit. Is Bajaj heater is so delicate that the tank is damaged within 5 yrs.1.will i get free replacement or i have to buy another heater. Please redress my grievance as i am suffering buying heater from bajaj within a lapse of 5 yrs

                "As per the update from our service team, the product is out of warranty and irreparable. We regret the inconvenience caused. In case of any further assistance, please feel free to call on [protected] / [protected]."
                But i dont want warranty. They are telling that the damaged water tank is not irreparable i.e there product is only use and through.
                Same problem waa faced by me on 2017.
                Please resolve my grievance
                Previously i made a complain vide KOL[protected]-1 on 15/06/2022, the same technician visited and rectified the display light of the heater. On that very day i.e after your technician left the leakage of water started. First i called the technician on his phone number [protected] but as he not came i was made another complain vide Complain number KOL[protected]-1.
                Please do the needful, as your company is a reputed company
                I have contacted Bajaj personals several times. 1 st they told that product is out of warranty. But when i asked that i will pay all the required charges for repair of tank. They told that i have to contact toll free numbers to know the detail charges, but when i contacted toll free number they told costing is not know.
                Sir, my question is that 1. Is bajaj heater is use and thrown product.
                2. The life time is only 5yrs 2 months because last time we faced same problem within warranty but I have to pay 1.6 thousands for my product repair that to after a compain in this page.
                3. Will i have to buy one new heater again.
                Please do needful for grievances redressal

                  Your bokaro steel city Jharkhand service center's service Quality is so poor I have continually followed up your service executive but they not responded properly I have called service center HOD Uday pratap singh but he is also not giving me any positive response.
                  Kindly request to team please take action against it otherwise your company image will down very soon.
                  My fan is only one month old it is under warranty but no any response from service center team.

                          I purchased Bajaj Food Processor Fx 1000 Dlx around 6 months back(19/11/2021), thinking that its an established brand. But one fine day we started the mixer and we stared smelling something burning. The executive who came from service center said that some plastic part is damaged inside. He also mentioned that plastic part damage is not covered under warranty and we have to pay it get it fixed.
                          My question is, if a company is using sub-standard material and the product is damaged then what means does a consumer have to identify the quality of the product. We pay to the company relaying on their brand value but if in return the brand is giving sub-standard product, it should be treated as cheating.
                          Secondly, even after around a week after requesting the part, the part is not replaced yet by the service center(SR Enterprises, Shop No. 21, Sector 4, Greater Noida) and there is no time provided by the service center.
                          So, I am feeling cheated again even by the service center.
                          I want my product to be working again either by replacement or by repair.

                            Please change my blender immediately which is out of order and under warranty upto 2024. I raised the complaint your technician visited and changed the lower part but even then it didn't work.The most weired thing He even applied the mustard oil on it.
                            I am undergoing too much mental harassment as i am unable to use the product when it is the most needed.Please immediately replace the defective product and fulfill ur promise which u make during selling of the product. Otherwise it will bring bad name to ur company as i am going to tell my friends, colleagues, relatives and students in India and abroad how pathetic ur services are and u fleece ur customers and take them for ride.
                            I hope u will immediately fulfill ur promise to honour ur commitment and for the welfare of customers at large.

                              I have raised 2 complaints for water heater leakage issues
                              Both are closed by the dealer without me providing a secret code, and without proper resolution
                              Complaint ID: BAN[protected]-1 and HUBI[protected].

                              First complaint was raised on 25/04/2022 for water leakage issue.
                              The product was purchased online at Amazon on 16th May 2020
                              The technician visited and confirmed its a tank issue and closed complaint

                              I was asked to raise another complaint for replacement of tank. It was raised on 11/05/2022.The dealer ( BCCD Name: [protected]- Hi Like Electronics) provided me a replacement tag on 13/05/2022 with 1 month validity and asked me to contact seller for getting replacement done.
                              Dealer closed complaint again from his side without full resolution.
                              I did not provide the secret code provided while raising complaint, but still dealer could close complaint.

                              1) Why provide secret code for complaint closure to customer, when dealer can close without requiring it. They can close with no resolution at all and customer needs to keep raising new complaints .
                              2) For warranty claim, manufacturer is responsible for resolution. How can you provide just a replacement tag and ask customer to contact seller,
                              What is the responsibility that Bajaj is owning ?

                              After this, I tried contacting seller and since it was bought online via Amazon(cloudtail India Pvt. Ltd), I have no means to contact them.

                              Amazon informs that warranty claims has to be taken up by manufacturer.

                              I tried contacting Bajaj multiple times via email, WhatsApp chat, calling customer care, I have not got any response since 13th of May

                              After multiple emails, The dealer tells that he will get the product replaced.

                              But he asks us to deliver and pickup the water heater from his store. My address and his store are at a distance of 40kms !

                              Dealer tells, " Procedure for warranty and replacement is different for products purchased online is different"
                              Why is this not mentioned in the product details when purchasing online?

                              Bajaj center executive has also confirmed on call that, the pickup and delivery charges of replaced product has to be borne by the customer

                                I have bought this air cooler in 31/Mar/2022. Now the cooler is not working. Its been 15 days since I bought this product. Since the return window for this product is only 10 days, Now I am not able to return this product. I am also not satisfied with the product over all functions. Kindly return and refund the product.

                                      Service is Pathetic, We have raised the request to repair the Cooler, the engineer visited from Bajaj Electricals, they have replaced the Motors with 6 month warranty charging INR 4K + visiting charges, they have damaged the cooler with not properly opening the sideways with proper tools . Engineer are not that professionals don't know about how to open with proper way also delaying the Parts which is frustrating .The Customer care are also pathetic, they are not concern about the complaints .. nd responding like will take 3/4 days to resolve already 15 days gone with no resolution ..Request my concern

                                        It payment for the shopping is done successfully and received confirmation SMS stated that products will be delivered within 6 to 7 days.
                                        Today is 12 Apr, 2022 and there is no update on delivery.
                                        Order status on the portal is showing "Ordered" from the beginning and no progress after that.
                                        I reached out to all customer care options given on Bajaj Electricals website -

                                        No response given over email. Agents on phone and WhatsApp said they don't know status but their senior will reach out to me on it.
                                        I never got any call back for any person of Bajaj Electricals.
                                        Collected a ticket ID from the agent[protected], though not sure if this is of any use.
                                        I need to understand if Bajaj Electricals will deliver the purchased products or not. If yes, then when.
                                        If they don't want deliver, I need to understand how to cancel my order as no option available in the web portal. Customer Care Agents too didn't help on this.
                                        It seems Bajaj Electricals is running a scam
