I purchased new Bajaz electricals geyser from One of the shop in bangalore.
Bajaj customer care is very pathetic.
6 days have passed, still awaiting Bajaz service person to visit our house to install this geyser
They are bunch non professional fellows employed in their Customer care.
Please avoid to purchase bajaz products, in case you want peace of mind.

      Local technician failed to attend..call center pre closed my complaint without verification.. Customer Service fails to acknowledge or act upon of my complaint..How to go about this issue, next?.. no guidance available whom to contact when all the above failed at ground level.. the call center cheats you by making you talk to PPL introducing to you with fake official designations.

        I have bought a cooker- Bajaj majesty’s-3 litre in last month 9th NOV 2021 since very use cooking doing continuously whistle while you cook anything in it like : Daal, Rice, Rajma, etc. Due to continuously whistle nothing getting cooked properly

        I have contacted customer care but the said they don’t provide after sales supper or repair for cooker

        This is absolutely ridiculous and foul practice by Bajaj

        I feel like looted and cheated

        Please provide solution or refund compensation

          I have lodged a complain on 17 Dec 21 for my defective geyser under warranty. The complain ID generate by customer care was NOI[protected]-1.P
          The geyser was inspected by engineer and element found defective.
          Since, last one week the heating element/coil has not been made available the reason best known to Bajaj.
          During the winter season, the delay in supply and fitment of spare is not understood. The company need to have sufficient stock to cater customer requirement
          kIndly address my complain on priority basis as i have old age parents, and need to look after there daily needs

            Hi,
            I bought this product by the specification that it instantly provide hot water with storage of 3 litters.

            But both of the things are not correct neither it is giving instantly hot water nor it is priding 3 liters hot water.

            So now this product is completely not fulfilling our requirement and we want to replace it with higher quantity / capacity item.

            But Vijay Sales are denying to get it replaced by stating that it has to be approved by your company.

            Kindly help urgently on this.

              I have purchased electric gyser model popular plus 10 ltr from Market.

              Bajaj gyser box already mentioned free installation and inlet outlet pipes. But company denied for free installation and inlet outlet pipe and informed our company policy changed.

                  I bought a Bajaj geyser from vasanth and co Trichy. They promised me that it will be installed within 24hr at the time of purchase. But no one is coming to install. If this is happening for the New product and what will be happen to the repair one.

                    Received message for installation from Bajaj electricals but no one is coming to install for the last two days. Bajaj electricals company taking a more time even for just for the installation of the New product and I don't know what will happen if any there is a fault.

                      I wish to inform you that I contacted Bajaj online service by calling this toll free number [protected]. Mr Sandeep the technician came today and inspected my Bajaj water heater which I bought some years ago. He said the elemental and thermostat have to be replaced and he said both cost me Rs1150+ Rs1500= Rs 2650. His service charge is Rs 350. I asked him, is there any guarantee or warranty on the replaced part and he said "NO" I was flabbergasted. Any part that is electrical parts replaced in any gadgets will definitely have a guarantee or warranty period.. How come the parts that your company provides do not have any guarantee/warranty period? I wish to know. Being an advocate, I would like to address this issue in the newspaper. The service centres mentioned in the website are all wrong and misleading and misleading the customers. I spoke to Mrs Pooja the mobile number is [protected]. She is ignorant and how did Bajaj employ such type of dumb candidate. I spoke to Mr Raju R V Service centre . His mobile number is [protected]. He also said the same thing that Bajaj will never ever give guarantee for the spare parts which have to be replaced. I spoke to Mr Rajashekar bearing mobile number [protected] and he uttered the same nonsense. I do not understand when all big companies such as samsung, Godrej, LG etc are giving guarantee on parts bought ny the customer, what has happened to Bajaj. Is Bajaj cheating the customers? I hope my problem will be solved at the earliest.

                            Hii, sir I bought electric geyser calenta of bajaj.I registered a request to install my geyser on customer care number.one of your executive toll me that our engineer visited your place nd one your engineer came to my place nd he installed the geyser after a day geyser put down by weight of geyser.I again called your executive, he gave me the same num, when talked to Him .he said that the geyser is not in warranty period .I just bought the geyser last week.my compliant no CHA[protected]-1 .kindly resolve my problem.

                              I have purchased a microwave oven with model no. 2503 ETC. its been 5-6 years since I have purchased this microwave. Now the main PCB of the microwave is damaged due to regular wear and tear. The main issue is service centre is not providing me the PCB even after I am ready to pay for it, according to them company have stopped making parts of old models. This is just not acceptable from such a renowned brand. They should atleast keep on rotating the spares of the models which is now not on board. I want the reolution for the same, kindly help.                                 Sir/ Madam,
                                Unfortunately, I purchased 4 geysers of your company for my new home from Vijay Sales from Delhi on 3rd week of October 2021 (Bill Attached). I got it installed at my home in Vaishali, Ghaziabad, UP, in the last week of October, which was again not without a problem. After a couple of days one of the geyser starts leaking from the pipe for which I raised complaint, and it was repaired.
                                After a couple of days again, another geyser starts leaking, for which I again raised a complaint. The engineer visited the site and as per his statement the geyser is defective and needs replacement. He disconnected it and said that someone will take care of it sooner. After waiting for 2 days I received a call that they are sending me soft copy and after showing that I will have to get new geyser from Vijay sales, which I objected that why I should visit the shop again and again. I should get the replacement on site. Now few days had passed but no one seems to take care of the situation. This is not at all expected from the company of your repute.
                                I request you to kindly initiate action and get me onsite replacement with immediate installation.
                                Moreover when I last wrote similar mail I was asked to write again as it seems Bajaj company is different in Delhi and UP. And instead of focussing on rectifying the problem customer care is focussed more on the division of areas
