I have logged a complaint for the non working of a brand new Bajaj cooler on 8th May 2021 which I just used 4 days. I have spent Rs 7000 and expected a good service.

I was told that motor needs to be replaced but it's been almost 3 weeks and no one visited to replace that motor. Service center is also giving excuses.

    Purchased Bajaj 1200 mm ceiling fan ( high speed) on 18th May 2021 from near by dealer but unfortunately after installation in same day, air delivery was nill and then sent video to dealer and next day(19th May) packed it to replace it from dealer but dealer refused to replace and said to contact the customer support .Don't know what service they are providing as last consumer is facing problem due to improper testing and defect.

      My disney model fan isnt working. I tried to register a complaint by calling the toll free number but they refused to help if we cant give them the model number.

            We purchased a Bajaj New Shakthi 15 literes Geyser, there is a free installation stated on Amazon.But after receiving the product raised several tickets with Baja customer service team, they are not updating anything simply raising new ticket every time i call.

              Hi, I buyed a bajaj shakti water heater just 4-5months back. I hardly used it for 20 times also but It is not working properly. I showed it to plumber also they said it was water heater problem only. Please send the technician and do needful.
              Request don't make it slow in processing.

                The complaint is regarding Bajaj Food Processor model FX-11. After complaint in Feb 2021, the service person visited twice - on 20 and 23 Feb. On both occasions he could not understand the problem and its solution and was told that he requires some spare parts which have to be ordered. After 23rd Feb, he never returned back and took service charge of INR250.00. Instead I received a sms that the complaint will be closed as issue has been resolved!!
                After again complaining via email to [protected]@bajajelectricals.com and [protected]@gmail.com on 4th March 2021 that the issue has not yet been resolved; another service person came twice. He also said that a particular part needs to be changed and that he will return back with spare part in a week. Since then, till date there has been no response from the company or the person concerned.
                I feel cheated as a reputed company is not able to resolve a issue in more than a months time.

                The complaint has still not been attended to, even after more than 15 days of filing complaint.
                The company did contact me once and said they will do something about it, but yet to respond thereafter. I sincerely urge to take some steps to resolve the issue.

                The complaint has still not been attended by anyone from Bajaj electricals. There has been absolutely NO communication from their side.

                No one has contacted me or resolved the complaint till date. Seems the complaint is not being pursued by the consumercomplaints.in

                  We had bought one Splendid induction cook(er) some time in 2018. Now the “ON-OFF” switch of the appliace has become sticky, not functioning most of the time.
                  All attempts to address the problem to your customer care over the last one week, repeatedly requesting them on phone to send a personnel to attend to the problem have been in vain.
                  This is no customer care/service.

                    Dear Team,
                    I got a Bajaj Juicer which had issues and the consumer care team gave me a replacement tag. It was a very genuine and quick service that I received.
                    But I am very unhappy with your Sales team who is not ready to give the replacement even after having the replacement tag. Mr. Gurminder Arora from Sales Borivali East section is way too rude to resolve the issue and just insisting me to pay more as the model that I bought is not available with the company. He is just not even answering my calls nor giving me any resolution. I am an expecting mother and I also have a patient at my home who needs to be fed with juices everyday. Even after knowing my problem he is just not ready to give me the replacement. I have already submitted my Guarantee card which clearly states that in case of any issue I will get a replacement. I don't want a refund as I bought the product for my use with ultimate trust in Bajaj and if I have been promised a replacement company should give me a replacement.
                    According to me if Bajaj doesn't have that model it is the company's responsibility to give a new replacement without any cost as it is not any mistake from my side. Without reason harassing customers this way is not what we as customers expect from Bajaj.
                    I am attaching the tag for your reference.
                    I am hoping to get the best solution from your team at the earliest.
