I have purchased a Bajaj RHX3 NEW ROOM HEATER & it's under warranty now. It's on/off switch not working. Many times complaints registered in Bajaj electrical customer care since 06/01/2021 but complaint not attend till now. Very very bad & poor service provided by Bajaj electricals.

I have purchased a geyser in amazon. There is a free installation as mentioned in the online portal. I have called customer care and requested for installation. Post service request multiple times followed. There were multiple person's contact numbers were given to followup with them. Even after following up with the contact numbers given by customer care, till now there is no installation done.

I have purchased calentawater heater in the year 2015 from saravanvastores chennai. The warranty period is 7 years. The purchased computbill was erased after some months. Now iam having warranty card with me.
Now the geyser is not working. I have registered the complaint in the
Customer care centre.
After inspecting the geyser the technician reporting that the company needs the bill..The bill what they are giving it will not stand for long time.
I request your self to looking to the matter and do needful.

I have purchased a geyser bajaj shakti plus 25L (150753) which is now out of Warrnenty. So i called bajaj customer care for help and they have sent a technician who is from laxmi service center sonipat. That person had gave us resolution to change the heating element which is ordinary and that is cost of 500 only and that person charged rs. 2200 for that. I found that over charged. So please help us to resolve this...

I have try to contact Bajaj Electricals Many Times as my OTG was not working.

It Is Very Difficult to Reach Their Customer Care Number.

The toll free number customer care displayed on their site is not valid.After many tries It was not connected.

So I have initiated a chat with them as this feature was available on their website. The y have asked me about my location and given a mobile number as their service center in my location.

I have contacted that number and the person who took the phone said he has abandon the service center 3 4 year ago.

It is so shameful that the company itself does not know about it and giving their customer a service center number which is actually shut down 3 year ago.

However I was able to arrange another customer care number from an electric shop owner.

I have contacted that number and this time they have given another number and that was a disaster too as number was never picked up and never replied.

I have arranged their service center location and personally visited their service center 3 4 days ago. It was difficult to find the location as it was situated in a non prime location somewhere deep inside in a residential area. Even maps apps was giving wrong direction.

I have asked for parts and they replied that the required parts are out of stock and will be available after some time. They have given me the number of service center owner.

And guess what I am trying to contact service center owner, and He is not picking my phone. The landline number of the service center is also not working.

In Conclusion is Company and Service Center both are not concerned about customer. If a product stops working it is very difficult to get service support from the company.

I will never buy products of such an unprofessional company. Their are many companies in the market which are offering much better quality at price lower then bajaj (for exampale pigeon).

The persons sent were money minded bent upon charging customer. They starting talks asking for money for an uninstall of existing geyser, whereas there was space beside the geyser. RUDE behavior of the Installation guys sent through and went off without install.

I did the UNSINSTALL MYSELF, they were actually FOOLING me and then there was NEW DEMAND that they cannot install standing on chair. Everyone in my house does it including myself.

The motive I got that THEY DO NOT WANT TO WORK WITHOUT MONEY PAID TO THEM.

Can I know the escalation procedure or I have to return the geyser?

On 18/10/2020, I purchased a GX1 Mixer grinder E[protected] I made the purchase at 1st floor sahil apartment near shaista manzil shastri nagar kalyan road Bhiwandi
Unfortunately, your product has not performed well because mixer is emitting smoke
Therefore please resolve this issue

Placed a request for repairing of Induction Cooktop.
Repairing costs are barely 500 to 600 Rs lesser than the new product price and less that with one time customer service charge of Rs 250.
Customer relations manager advised to go for local market replacement if the cost looks too high.
Has Bajaj stopped thinking for its customers?? Why are they giving such services if the repairs are also costing high

Recently i bought a bajaj room heater. After 7 days room heater going to not working properly then i complained to bajaj helpline two time but now after 10 days no any progress from bajaj electricals.

Please note that the Dealer " Light House" at Ballia( UP) do not provide free installation of geyser .
He is cheating the customer saying that installation charges is Rs.300/- plus he is selling the connecting pipes( Havells make-inlet& outlet) to the customer for Rs.350/-
Though on the box of Bajaj Flora 1 ltr. Instant water heater it is mentioned - Free installation+ connecting pipes.
Even after 3 days, he has not arranged the installation.
Just making excuses when he is reminded about the company declaration on the box.
I have written to the customer care email for arranging the installation but no response so far.

My gyser model shakti is leaking and is under warranty

My Bajaj roomter one Halogen rod is not working and my heater in warranty period. [protected] my number

Few components of my food processor are not working, switch that is the regulator is not working. Also the stick on which blades are suppose to align for usage got broken so I want new stick. So please make it available as per my food processor model requirement. Previously when technician visit he said that due to lockdown circumstances parts are not available. It's already been 4 months so kindly solve the issue as soon as possible.
