Dear customer care executive, Kindly, take note of my earlier mail. Once again i would like to inform you that my geyser is not working its showing from somewhere tank is leaking.in which current is flowing all over the bathroom continuously, In this regards i have made more than five complained. (You can check your record) but every time service engineer changed filament. While is is tank leakage problem. Even personally i sent mail to your dealer mr. Vikas in ghaziabad and your manager mr. Ram singh. But still my problem not solved permanantely. Earlier mail and complaint attached for your reference. (Geyser bill no: 0213709) rs 6608. Which is not working since last two month. I have made saveral complaints over the phone and service centre executive replaced some parts. But again and again it’s not working and current flowing all over the body of geyser and water tab. With regret, i would request you kindly, replace the same immediately before some happening will happen in my family. I have two small kids.
