Considering their and brand image, I had purchased a Bajaj Rex Mixer Grinder 750W on 20th April 2024 with a warranty of one year.
Inspite of careful handling and usage, the unit has a problem and stopped working in Mid-January 2025, well inside warranty period.
Filed a request on their website on 22nd Jan under service ticket ID CHEI[protected]-1 after which received calls from their service personnel for three consecutive days, repeatedly asking same question about product name, problem etc and promising to come during the day.. Nobody came or even had courtesy to call back to inform.
Again filed a second request under service ticket ID CHEI[protected]-1 and nobody has called till today (29th January). However received an SMS informing a new Call ID no. CHEI[protected]-1 and a code no... to share with their engineer on call resolution..
The problem is compounded by such delay from their service centre for a product under warranty.
Please help to resolve the matter with priority.
