Hi team,

We have raised compliant and here is the compliant number ban[protected]-1, we have raised complaint on saturday 4th nov 2017, they said engineers will visited us in 2 days, but we have not received any engineers to rectify the isssue, when we call customer care the lady name nesha, does not give proper info, she asked us to wait for one more day, when resolution day it says 2 days then why should we need to wait one more day, kindly address this issue at the earliest.

Even i am facing the same issue. Brand new Bajaj water heater has stopped working just after two months o[censored]se. No response from Bajaj service team even after registering the complaint, all they say is to wait. Pathetic customer service.
