Bajaj Electricals — bajaj geyser majesty 15 ltr. tank is under warranty period, but not getting repaired or replaced

I have a bajaj majestic 15 ltr geyser which i purchased on 7th november 2012. Product was given with 2 years warranty and tank warranty of 5 the last month, the tank of my geyser was bursted. So i lodged a complaint (No.[protected] in the month of september 17 to bajaj customer care regarding its repairing or replacement. Technician visited my home and told me that along with tank, element is also faultier. He told me that tank would be replaced under warranty, but for element i would have to pay. He also told me that i would have to pay the service charges also. When i asked why i should pay service charges as the product is still in warranty period, he didn’t reply me a convincing answer and asked me to confirm it back from customer care. But i told him to go back and i returned him without getting it repaired. On 1st november 2017, i again lodged a complaint (No.[protected] for it in customer care. On 2nd november 17, bajaj technician mr ajay called me and asked me about my address and the problem in geyser. When i told him about it, he recalled that he had visited my home earlier also at the time of first complaint. He asked me whether i am ready to pay for element and service charges, so i agreed. But when i asked him that whether he would show me and get my geyser checked in working condition in front of me after repairing, he told me that he would not as my geyser was initially in uninstalled condition. As the tank has to be replaced under warranty, so it could not be checked without filling the geyser with water and connecting it with power supply. But he refused to get it checked in front of me. Then i again called the customer care about it, so they gave me the number of mr anuj who is the incharge of technician in delhi ncr region. After giving him thousands of calls he received my call. When i complaint him about the incidence of mr ajay, he assured me that he would get it checked in working condition if i would pay the service charges. I agreed upon it also. So now i was supposed to pay for element and service charges. But mr anuj told me that the technician would visit my home on 3rd november 17. Today it was 3rd november 17, but no technician visited my home. I called mr ajay, he told me that he would send someone else, but no one came. My warranty period of tank is almost going to be finished on 7th november 17, and bajaj electrical is just playing with time and just spending time day by day to get relief from warranty period.
Please look into the matter and get my geyser malfunctioning removed before 7th november 17 or else ready to face the repercussions.
