Bajaj Electricals — bajaj induction icx7 damaged by technician
I logged a complaint on 5th september 2019 for my bajaj induction icx7 not detecting any vessel. The technician visited and said it is a pcb issue and changed it charging 1600 for the replacement. Withing 3 weeks, it again stopped detecting vessel and i logged a complaint. The same technician visited again and said the soldering had come loose and repaired it. Within 2 weeks, the problem resumed and i logged a complaint. The same technician now said the new pcb is not working hence has to be replaced. He opened up the induction and but the replacement pcb did not work and since then he has never returned despite logging a complaint. Technician - sathya [protected]. The customer care gave the number of the area head mala [protected] but nobody ever receives calls on this number. It's a complete fraud that bajaj customer care is driving by making people pay for repairs that don't last. Was this information helpful?
