Bajaj Electricals — Bajaj Majesty CGX1013: Not working in order

We bought Bajaj Majesty CGX1013 from Mittal Agencies, New Delhi on 22nd October 2013. When we started using it, we found that a strange violent sound was produced when the gas was turned on and off. We complained for the same on Bajaj helpline number: [protected]. A person came to check the gas stove and changed its burners. But even that did not solve it. Infact the problem has been increasing ever since. I have complained a number of times on Bajaj Helpline number, talked to the service centre manager and the Senior Area Incharge in the same regard. All of them say the same thing again and again that they have mailed their senior officials in the same regard but have not received any response. Its been more than two months and the gas stove is going from bad to worse everyday. Sparks are also seen on the lower surface everytime the gas stove is put to use.
