Bajaj Electricals — Bajaj Microwoven 2100 ETC

I had a problem in Bajaj Microwoven since 4 months, I had complained Bajaj Toll free No 3 times, they had send a technician but they do not have any knowledge about Microwoven, also that model PCB board are not available in Bajaj Stores, I had a good faith about Bajaj, for that every Bajaj Items, I like to purchased it, but I am really tired about their services and all, Lastly I ask the Bajaj Call centre, whether they can repaired my Microwoven or I want to throw it in Dustpin or scrap the item, When Bajaj launched the product in the market, they should think that service should be and spare parts should be available in the Bajaj centre all the time, Please help me, what to do for that ?
