On the 25th of january 2016 i complained about my bajaj otg over heating a technician promptly came inspected and said thermostat has to be changed. on paying rs 350 for inspection charges and rs 500 for change of thermostat he left. on using the otg the same problem now the technician says that sorry i dont have a thermometer so i cant set the otg. complaint number 9148154. today is the 3rd of march 2016. till date there is no resolution to the problem. the authorised deaer hirai enterprises mr . vijay has the cheek to tell me to take my 850 rs back if i cant wait. where is the customer service . and why cant a simple thermometer not be provided to technicians to do their job and not play around with customers appliances.
