Bajaj Electricals — Bajaj Water heater technician not visiting for warranty claim

Repeated service failure by @BajajElectrical.

I have raised 3 service requests for my Bajaj Flora water heater, but no technician has visited. The technician repeatedly asks for details already provided, while automated calls ask me to close the complaint without resolution.

Customer care keeps promising escalation, but nothing happens. Even the Consumer Escalation Team's email has not resulted in a visit.
