A stock piece of bajaj elx10 was found broken i called customer care ([protected]-[protected]) but they said to me that the complaint will not be registered. Today i called sarita sales-dhanbad, jharkhand. I informed them about the same i just want to known how much time will it take to be replaced. Please tell me if there is any responsible oerson in your company to look after the complain or not.
