[Resolved] Bajaj Electricals — Defective Cooler of BAJAJ and worst Service | |||
I took Bajaj Turbo cooler in April 2016 and from there onward every month there is some problem in cooler .After making complain every month technician comes and rectify the problem. As of now I have lodged 5-6 complaints and now the situation has become worst .Again I lodged a complain today and the complain is assigned to PRAGATI ENTERPRISES GHAZIABAD. When their executive Mr Manoj came here as a technician I told him the entire situation which I am suffering and asked him to replace my cooler as every month it has technical issues. He started being rude with us and told that any decision will be taken by Mr Vikash (Regional manager under the area of Pragati Enterprises). Further, while conversation with Mr Vikash I explained the entire things and requested for replacement, he again stared misbehaving and said ”REPLACEMENT TO NAI HOGA, JO KARANA HAI AAP KAR LO”. Our cooler is in warranty period. How can he say like this! Worst service experience of BAJAJ Cooler, it’s pathetic. Was this information helpful? | |||
