Bajaj Electricals — didn't receive the free gift on purchased product

I bought a bajaj food processor from bajaj electrical website on 10th october 2017 while booking the product there was a free gift esbeda big bag on the product. But on delivery i dint receive the free gift along with the bajaj food processor which was ordered by me. I have the order number for bfood processor & free gift. Please update me on this.

Sir, i complaint that my celing fan ring broken many times. The model no. GRACE
DLX .The fan is also in gurantee So, Kindly change the ring (Golden)
