Bajaj Electricals — Extremely dissatisfied with the complaint process | |
I purchased a geyser from Bajaj considering it to be a big and reputed brand but I'm highly dissatisfied with the kind of service they provide. First of all I received a defective product which worked for 6 days and stopped heating post that. I registered a complaint following which they sent a good for nothing technician to my house. He promised to replace a few parts within 3 days. 7 days later i kept contacting him and he kept informing me that he will be visiting me within 2 days but he never did. Consequently, I registered another complaint and he had to visit me finally! He was unable to repair my geyser and asked for another 2 days to change further parts. I was patient as I trusted Bajaj but he didnt turn up again. I called Customer care again from where they redirected me to another person ("senior"), the senior was one amonst them and he took no action against his technician. Finally the technician visited me again and changed 2-3 more parts (which i highly doubt is a fraud) and told that the device is not getting repaired and he will send his senior. I was still OKAY with it, untill I got a message on my phone stating that the complaint has been resolved. My geyser still doesnt work, its extremely cold and my elders have to shower in this temperature, if they fall sick, i swear I will escalate this Bajaj. I don't know if writing this story here will help me in any way but I want to warn everyone from purchasing Bajaj products. Was this information helpful? | |
