Bajaj Electricals — Free Replacement of Processing Bowl-Bajaj Master Chef 3.0 | |||
I had purchased the a Bajaj Master Chef 3.0 Food processor on 22.7.19. The Sl. No. Of Product is H[protected]. The big Processing Bowl has cracked due to poor quality of plastic and manufacturing defect. The quality is so poor that the bowl cracked within 14 months of purchase. The technican from Bajaj had come and then he informed that they will replace the Processing Bowl but it will be chargeable to me. The food processor is under warranty period of 2 years. But Bajaj has told that they will replace the Processing bowl which will be Chargeable to me. Why should I be paying for the cost of poor quality of product? The bowl has cracked because of poor quality of plastic within 14 months of purchase. So, it should be replaced by Bajaj free of cost and not chargeable to me. Such poor quality of product is not expected from a reputed brand like Bajaj. If such poor quality of products are supplied to customers like us, then we would fully loss all our trust from Bajaj brand. Would request Bajaj to replace the part free of cost.
