Bajaj Electricals — gas geyser not working since last 5 days | |||
My product is under warranty and i raised complaint 5 days ago that gas geyser not working. This is my 5th complaint in last 1.5 years. The product is completely worst and bajaj electrical never cared to replace it. Anyway, The complaint i raised 5 days ago is that gas geyser again stopped working. The complaint number is pun[protected]-1. I am calling customer care daily to know when their technician will visit and they do not have answer, they have given me a number to check with technician and that guy never picks up the call. Customer care has shown reluctance to call the technician and get me the status. Is this the way you serve your customer on the product which is under warranty???
