Bajaj Electricals — gas stove top to be changed | |||
I have been chasing the whole team since days and there is no action taken as of yet. I always get couple of different numbers from the customer care to be called, to whom i call everytime either they don't answer or is switched off. The person who messaged me, always say - tomorrow it will be done maam but tomorrow never comes. It usually takes 2 working days to resolve an issue and today is the 5th working day. I did not get the proper service even after contacting and personally requesting the manager. I have beenaking so many calls everyday to get the status but all the effort in way Highly highly dissatisfied and disappointed by the service from bajaj. Very unprofessional and lateback service.
