We have a bajaj platini 25 l water geyser. Recently on using the geyser we felt electric current in the taps and therefore we complained and were asked to change the immersion rods which the technician did. But the problem was there the next day itself. Firstly our geyser had three settings since the immersion had three rods. After replacement by the technician with a two rod immersion o e setting doesn't work and the indicator light also doesn't function. The electric current problem is still there. On repeated complaints the same technician came and said he will bring the three rod immersion since it is now available but now doesn't pick the call. Was this information helpful? | |||
