Bajaj Electricals — GEYSER NOT REPAIRED EVEN AFTER 3 MONTHS OF COMPLAINT REGISTRATION

GEYSER Model BAJAJ SHAKTHI HORIZONTAL Purchased in March, 2011 from Shriram Electricals, Magarpatta Rd., Hadapsar, Pune. Geyser stopped working since Jun 2013. Complained to dealer. Dealer sent one electrician by name Vishal who replaced Thermostat, MFSV valve and connecting pipe and charged Rs.1010. Geyser stopped working from very next day. Dealer registered complaint with Bajaj electricals. COMPLAINT NO. & DATE: 3652398 AND REMINDER No. 3043600 on 14 Aug 2013 Dealer says he has been contacting and complaining but no response. He said Distributor will come today and replace the geyser. No one has turned up. I would have made at least a 100 calls to the dealer since Jun but without any result.
