Bajaj Electricals — Induction Cooker Servicing Issue
This mail is with reference to complaint number 6680077 . We had purchased Induction cooker from Hyper City - Viviana Mall, Thane around a one an d half month back. During the course of its normal usage I started observing that the plastic body besides the induction plate deformed and buckled at all four sides . We approached hyper city with the machine on Thursday 2nd April 2015. On 3rd April 2015 we were informed by the hyper city customer service that we have to pay an amount of Rs. 750 for the body damage . As per them this information was given t them by Bajaj Technician, after inspection of the machine . They informed that the said damage is not covered under warranty which is not at all acceptable . This particular machines body has not got damage because of any accidental fall or any impact or tampering . This has got damaged during its normal course of operation which one can make out by looking at the uniformity of the damage on all its four sides . We tried contacting Bajaj Customer Service Manager Mr. Amit on [protected] . This particular person was just giving promises of getting back to me which he never really did . Later he even stopped attending my call . Messages sent to him were also ignored . I request you to please get involved in this matter and resolve this without impacting customer satisfaction . Let me highlight that I am totally dependant on this induction cooker as it is my only mode of cooking . Anticipating your immediate action and reply . Was this information helpful?
