Bajaj Electricals — Installation guys asking money

The persons sent were money minded bent upon charging customer. They starting talks asking for money for an uninstall of existing geyser, whereas there was space beside the geyser. RUDE behavior of the Installation guys sent through and went off without install.

I did the UNSINSTALL MYSELF, they were actually FOOLING me and then there was NEW DEMAND that they cannot install standing on chair. Everyone in my house does it including myself.

The motive I got that THEY DO NOT WANT TO WORK WITHOUT MONEY PAID TO THEM.

Can I know the escalation procedure or I have to return the geyser?
