Bajaj Electricals — Issue in Water Heater | |
I purchased Bajaj instant water geyser in last year December. It has warranty of 2 years. But it stopped working within one year of purchase. I called consumer care number and registered the complaint. They had assigned a technician to visit. Later on technician called me and asked me on call that what is the issue in geyser. I told him the issue. He said that he will come after1-2 hours. But he didn't come. I have waited for 2 days. Then again I called consumer care and they told me that technician cancelled the service request saying that he couldn't able to connect with customer. I asked him to please register a complaint again and assign the technician. They again registered the complaint and assigned the same technician. Again technician called me later on and asked me about the geyser model and issue. I told him the same. He said i will come after 2-3 hours. Then after 2 hours i called him since i had his number now and i don't want technician to cancel the service request. So when i called back he said sir i will come after 1 hour. Then again after 1 hour i called him and he said that sir today it's too late now so i will come tomorrow. Next day i called him and he said sir you will have raise another request. This request has validity of 2 days only. SO i called consumer care again and they told me that technician has cancelled the request that he couldn't able to connect customer. I am stuck with this since 3-4 weeks. Was this information helpful? | |
