Bajaj Electricals — Long time Installation request pending | |||
I am facing a lot of delay in the installation of the geyser that I have purchased on 22nd Nov 2020 and raised the request for installation on 23rd Nov 2020 ( Call-ID BAN[protected]). One person came the next day and he started shouting for no reason and starting fighting with me so I felt unsafe so I asked him to leave. Post this I have made multiple requests, complaints but there is no response. Every time I call customer care, they tell me the technician will come in 2-3 working days but no response and they cancel the previous request with some false reasons like the customer phone not reachable. I am fed up with following up and waiting for the installation. I believe I made a huge mistake trusting an Indian brand like Bajaj. Like others, I should have trusted some foreign brands and get a proper and reliable service. I am still waiting for the installation and hoping to use this product someday.
