I would like to focus your attention on my LPG gas geyser complaint. Last year we purchased one more unit of LPG Gas Geyser as the sale after service and product is very Nice; But since it was installed it wasn't working properly and we had raised the complaint Multiple times. They are not able to resolve the problem and we are facing the problem for so long. As the product is under warranty.
Now 3 time engineers visited but every time they are giving different illogical reasons.
1) As the bathroom is not good to install the geyser.
2) Too much of Air is there and there is no Oxygen.
3) It will work automatically after 2 to 3 days.
4) Not working because of Cold
5) Bathroom fitting is bad, and many more.
Now they are saying your bathroom fitting and fixtures are not good. As we had given them the option to change and check in any bathroom still they are not agreed on the same.
Technician Ajay Kumar is behaving badly during the visit and giving illogical reasons as mentioned below. It's a totally pathetic service which I could not have expected from a renowned brand Like Bajaj Electricals. Kindly have a look on this issue in priority. Multiple complaints have been registered.
