[Resolved] Bajaj Electricals — Money not refunded | |||
I have placed a order of room heater from bajaj electricals site online on[protected] but when after 10 days when product not reached i have called to bajaj customer care & request to refund the money after than i have called customer care about 6-7 times but still money is not refunded. Order no. was "BEL001B0217665" payment was done by Net-banking. I want to refund my money. Was this information helpful? | |||
Feb 15, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Company have not called me and I have not received any email from company. Suddenly I have check my account statement on 14-05-15 than I know that money was refunded on 11-02-15. Bajaj Electricals customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

00201041 order number dated on 07-09-22. Food processor Bajaj Maverick 750w & juicer order. Delivery boy almost 4 year 2019 mfg year product try to delivered. I clearly deny to accept product and raise request for refund, but till dated no any amount refund. I try to many times send mail [protected]@bajajelectricals.com, but every time team assure me there is no telephonic conversation facility available for refund related issue. nobody help me, please guide.
