[Resolved] Bajaj Electricals — No Action on complaint | |
Product - Shakti Plus Water Geyser 25 L Two months back I registered a complaint, no is 6207871. Under that complaint all the parts of the geyser were changed and I was charged 3500 INR. 3 months warranty was given for all parts along with continued warranty of 5 years for water tank. Now I am facing water leakage problem and complaining at customer care since Oct 4, but no one is ready is to help. Complaint numbers - Oct 04,[protected] Oct 10,[protected] Oct 15,[protected] Oct 18,[protected] Customer care is helpless and says we can only forward request to service center. After sending the complaint neither we are responsible nor we can direct technician to fix the problem. Can somebody help me or I need to go to consumer court and appreciate your world class service on social media? Kindly stop testing patience of customers. PS: Photocopies of bills, dutyslips and warranty cards are already collected by Bajaj technicians. Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |
