Bajaj Electricals — NOT DELIVERED THE PRODUCT -ONLINE PURCHASE

Bajaj Electricals, This is my second mail to you and previous mail was sent on 12th February morning 9AM. Why you are not responding to the customer query, who believed the purchasing of your product through online. On 3-2-2015, I have ordered and paid (through online) for BAJAJ MAJESTY OTG 3500 oven (My product reference no: 1313187 and Docket no:[protected]. Before ordering I have checked my pin code (524002) and it showed that it is possible to deliver to my area. Today 10th day but I didn't received the product yet to my address. In the order status mentioning that the product has been reached to Nellore but it is not delivered due to "OUT OF PINCODE AREA". I dont what may be reason. I had called customer care in same day (12th Feb 2015) afternoon regarding this problem and they said they are going to intimate the concerned authority for delivering the product. What is the purpose of emailing to [protected]@bajajelectricals.com? Atleast you should respond the customers query with satisfaction know. I called the GATI courriers regarding my complaint (Complaint no:[protected]. The Nellore GATI courrier Mr. srinivas, was contacted by me times regarding shipment, but he didnt respond properly till today[protected]. Because of this my works will be postponed unnecessarily. Even the bajaj electricals also didnt bothered about the customer satisfaction in respect of prompt delivery. Please do the needful without delay. I'm postponing my other sort of travelling because of this issue. K. BAJAJ MAJESTY OTG 3500 oven (My product reference no: 1313187 and Docket no:[protected].
Now (20/02/2015; 9:50AM) from the BAJAJ ELECTRICALS customer care (through the telephonic converation to me), want to revert back the order and going to refund the amount what i paid through the online on 3-2-15 and in addition they want to give Rs.1000more for me as compensation. i dont know where the mistake was happened either in bajaj electricals or the GATI courrier service. Please resolve this problem

Continuation of my previous message, the person who called me through phone (on behalf of Bajaj Electricalscustomer care) is [protected]. Every telephonic calls from bajaj electricals and GATI courriers regarding this issue was recorded by me as a proof.
Such a big consumer appliances company doing like this to customer in cheap manner. Really fedup against this online purchase.

Today (20/2/15) by 12:10PM, I have received the BAJAJ OTG OVEN from the bajaj electricals through GATI courriers in good manner.
But this online purchase from bajaj electricals is strictly bitter experience for me. I will defintely recommend my friends and relatives not by online purchase in Bajaj electricals.
