Team I register my complaint 3 weeks back regarding non heating of my geyzer which I purchased 2 years back. Customer care given one reference no but no guy visited at my resident after 1 week I again complaint the same issue but guy again not visited at my resident again. Third time again I took the reference no . this time customer care support given me a no and asked you have to call on this no. Now from last 4 days I m chasing this person and every time he said that guy will come today. His mob no is [protected]. Its a pathatic services which you guys are offering and cheating to your clients Please remember I will again raise this issue to you top management in my next mail if my problem not solved within 2 days.
