What's the point in buying branded item when after 2, 3 yrs that product can't get repaired. The service centre says the part that needs to be replaced is not available as new one is is market. I mean what the heck is this. Why one will not buy non branded items if it will get obsolete in 2yrs. Ridiculous. Strict and prompt action needs to be taken so that my issue gets resolved.
