I am madhan sekar. I have ordered bajaj led glow 648 lr rechargeable lantern from bajaj electricals site. Order id is bel001b0533310 and the value is 2066 rupees. I received it on 17 march 2018. I received a defective product that its not getting on, even after charging it. I tried contacting its customer care specified in its website but they are not ready to lodge a complaint on this.
