Bajaj Electricals — Storage Water heater

Leakage problem in Storage water heater of Bajaj Electricals since first year while in all complaints just repaired but tank not replaced while product is having 2 years complimantory warranty and 5 years on tank warranty. Tank is till in warranty I have raised complaint on 11th Dec with complaint ID-PATA[protected]-1, they said now take followup with local service centre. Local Service center taken invoice, warranty card and leakage video clip on 14th dec and said will be replaced within 10 working days but its already 17 days gone of same and also same is un operation since on month approx but no resolution provided and when today connect with local service center still not confirmed any date. So pls look this matter and help to either get it resolved or refund my invoice amount so i can purchase new one.
