Bajaj Electricals — Unavailability of Spare Parts of Microwave Oven.

I have purchased a microwave oven with model no. 2503 ETC. its been 5-6 years since I have purchased this microwave. Now the main PCB of the microwave is damaged due to regular wear and tear. The main issue is service centre is not providing me the PCB even after I am ready to pay for it, according to them company have stopped making parts of old models. This is just not acceptable from such a renowned brand. They should atleast keep on rotating the spares of the models which is now not on board. I want the reolution for the same, kindly help.
