I have purchased the kenstar icecool air cooler from bajaj electronics in hyderabad paradise branch on 02-june-2019. There was some problem with the cooler and i have requested for customer care and they have asked the bill copy. So since it is under 1 year warranty period can you please provide the bill or invoice number

Recently bye the Panasonic AC from Bajaj finance, but AC cooling not working.

Today we purchased it with 1 year warranty.. cooler is just placed at one place and filled with water.. now automatically water discharged from it..
N one black button from the base of cooler goes in...

Due to lock down want to extend my emi

I have purchased a washing machine on[protected] of rs.16600/- on emi by giving a down payment of rs.5132/-. And the number of emi is 12 and its amount is rs.1283 so the payment on whole has been completed but still my money is being deducted from account. And inspite of this they are collecting one more emi of the item i did not purchased please resolve it as soon as possible as my money is constantly taken.

Purchased Samsung 55 inches TV on 9.9.2019 from your Guntur, Lakshmipuram outlet. Since yesterday ie.26.09.20 nearly 30 to 35 percent of screen from left to right coming black. Tried twice and the result same.

But as a responsible persons they could have provided some information about the next possible delivery rite.. But i didnt get it.. Now due to this, i will be charged emi without product is delivered which is very bad in current financial situation. I request you to check with store management and provide me the necessary information. Thank you

We purchased kenstar hercules cooler the one with remote model from bajaj electronics, chandanagar hyderabad on 19th march 2020, but today that is on 26th march 2020 it automatically stopped working. It's not even taking power. We checked with the power supply.

We paid 11600 rs but it hardly worked for only 1 week. We are very disappointed with this.

What is the use if the product is like this, i want the replacement.

I have complained 5 times in last 3 months, to fix my food processor model bajaj platini fx-1000, but every time they say parts not available. The portion of food processor that rotates the jars have some fault and i am unable to use it. If you sell a food processor, and that model is still available on online sites, but you are not able to provide me with parts, that is very poor after sales service. Is this the type of after sales service i should expect from bajaj? I had high regards for your company, but now i will never use any bajaj product.

I, srinivas purchased a 16" bajaj pedestal fan from m/s srinivas electicals yousufguda vide tax invocie bill no. 2o081 date d 4 th march2020.

Today went to attapur bajaj electronics pillar 124, had a very bad experience.
Manager says please check online and other show room will get for lower prices and not here and very rude behavior with talking nonsense when we request we have taken multiple products over here and requested to give best price for ac.
Please take necessary action on him or will take to public court, media and social sites to pass this info with all the details with till date we have taken in bajaj electronics and how our life's are impacted to everyone.
