My name is Abdul Khalid loyal customer to bajaj electronics recently I have purchased LG Ac jsnq 18bpxa on[protected]. Invoice no-1232/17/s-133 But till now the product was not delivered I called to Mr Babu sales executive he is telling there is no stock I will take 2 more days to deliver the product I am not satisfied with Bajaj electronics service please solve the issue by tomorrow.

Refrigerator side wall is bulged and seen awkwardly above... We have got it for 27, 500/- paying such money we are getting a defect piece.

We need to exchange our new one with other.
We need better service. As we are trying to call to showroom (Bajaj electronics) to which number they have mentioned in bill but they call is not connecting and not at all active for customer complaints.

I have purchased Samsung AC from Bajaj Electronics Attapur on Capital First Finance dated 29th March 2017. Since then i have just been receiving calls from Samsung customer care giving me fake promises for sending someone as soon as possible and till today 5th of April nobody has come for installation. I would like to have a serious action taken against them and terminate the employees who are playing with the company name and reputation.

I purchased voltas air conditioner model 185 z y j a and paid rupees 40500 on 3rd april 2017 in the morning by around 11:49:26 a. M the invoice number is 1207 / 17 / s - 1390 dated 03-apr-17 at bajaj electronics panjagutta. They said that the item will be delivered at my residence. To my surprise the item was not delivered even by the night of 3rd april 2017 and even today that is 4th april 2017 the item has not been delivered till 5 p. M. Had i purchased the item in some other shop it would have been delivered by now and installed and i would have been enjoying. I am not able to use my computer due to non availability of the ac. Non delivery of the item is also causing tense moments for me raising my blood pressure. I feel very unhappy for having choosen bajaj electronics to buy the item. I rang up to them several times but they respond only on a few occasions and evade proper replies. Their customer care no.[protected] does not ring at all. I paid through my sbi debit card and the invoice no. On the customer copy is 052978 dt[protected].

I have purchased Sony TV and Daikin AC in bajaj electronics Punjagutta on 31st March. They committed to deliver both the products at a time on 1st or 2nd April. They have delivered AC on 2nd April but even after 5 days, TV has not yet delivered. I tried to contact customer care no, it is not connecting even.
I request you to take necessary action.

Everytime i speak to him, he says he will get it in 2 days..
Finally he said, it has come, but on going to the shop (After confirming that a photo of the bill is fine) he refused saying that original bill is required.

Worst delivery process. I have bought a 591L refrigerator. Delivery guys came and just dropped the package at home 2 days back. They dint open it even after asking them. How do you expect a demo technician alone can handle such heave item and unbox it. Bajaj guys do not have that basic common sense.
There was no demo guy or technician even after 2 days. The package is still standing like that.

What kind of idiots do you have in Bajaj Electronics. I thing Samsung and LG guys should quit their dealership from BAJAJ, as these guys are unable to handle proper service

We bought kenstar glam 50r air cooler on 29/03/2017 from bajaj electronics malakpet branch. It is not working at all, though we called to the shop multiple times for replacement or repair of the product, there is no response from them. More over no technician came to check the product after delivery. We regret this and looking for proper response from them.

I have purchased Samsung Air Conditioner from Bajaj Electronics Nallakunta Branch, Hyderabad on 26/03/2017 and though the goods were delivered on 27/03/2017, Installation did not take placed as on date. I have called once over phone and directly approached the persons at the Showroom once. They assured me installation in 24 to 48 hours. But though it is more than 96 hours of purchase no installation as of now. My phone no. is [protected] which they have wrongly typed as [protected].

I bought Vivo V5 from Srujana Forum Mall branch. Noticed problem with device and went to bajaj electronics store, floar manager Sayed behaviour was arrogant and giving irresponsible answer like if you get defect product then they are not responsible. I request to the people not to buy products with bajaj electronics.

I took a LG TV August 2017 and there is an additional gift item(Philips headphones) with that but till now I didn't received.Even I stepped into the showroom n number of times but there's no proper guidance.I am really screwed up with the Bajaj electronics service. Today when I visited to show room the manager over there has been changed the words and saying bloody reasons.I am fed up with there service hence I'm register ing this complaint.Hoping for quick response.

Even after repetative complaints by customers there is no response from ur side i[censored] dont want to respond why this site had been created .
Coming to my point we purchased a samsung refrigerator from ur store located at forum mall but we received defective one again they replaced but that also a defective one and they are saying that its a defect from manufacturer if so why are u selling these defective one are u selling brand new one or quality testing failed products . Bajaj Electronics was a highly prefered to purchase electronics goods at one time now i think it has completely changed .If this continues u will loose ur valuable customers.

I purchased 2 ao geysers, 1 sunflame stove and 1 chimney on[protected] and the items haven't been delivered yet.
It's been 5 days and when i call bajaj electronics for an update, i keep getting the same response saying that it will be delivered.

I bought a product on 7th of march its been 4 days and today is 10th and not delivered.

When I called customer care they say its not even reached godown and when I call the sales person he says it'll come tonight.

I was told by friends but never believed but now experienced it. If this is going to be the case, I'll never buy it from these guys again.

I have Purchased a Samsung Air-conditioner of 1.5 Ton with Internal Stabilizer worth RS 34, 500/-.

I have taken this on a bajaj EMI and made a 2 months down-payment of 6900., and the rest to be paid in 8 months with 3450 EMI.

Its been 2 days since the product is not delivered.Samsung people call me to inquire if the product is delivered so that they can send installation people .When i call Bajaj Electronics they say its Bajaj Finance People Problem, and when i call Bajaj Finance people they say its bajaj electronics.
