I agree with the complains regarding HR Policies. I don't want to reveal my identity thats y I m not telling you my name. I just went through an interview process and after giving 7 rounds I got selected. When the time came for the confirmation and offer letter their HR asked me that they can't provide such kinda salary coz that was too high according to their budget. But the truth is one consultancy has forwarded my resume to them about which I was not concerned. when it take another 6-7 days for the confirmation I consulted The HR. She told that she will confirm it once their director comes back, where as director mam was at their office. Right now that consultancy people agreed that they will be paying 40% of my salary to the HR of luminous Infoways, of which I have a strong proof. Even you can't believe that consultants scolded me with slang languages..And made me bound to sign with the terms and conditions for paying them 1 month's salary.

Guys right now I got to know what is Luminous infoways is all about.

Failure candidates always commenting like this. Luminous has a very strong Joining & Exit Formalities. As an old ex-employee of this organization, I can assure that such type of procedures are not followed during recruitment. Generally, the company is not concerned the agreement between the consultancy & the candidates. It is the responsibility of the candidateto know details of the selection process from the consulatncy without blaming the HR peopole. Only quiters have such type of pleas.

i agree about the post regarding luminous . the company named luminous is into scamming, and tender fixing .. and the best part is it gets tender without ny tender notice .. luminous is really a fraud 1 .. he just got its nic project f 5 crores with a lobby also ..

Providing False information of 300 Employees & Highly involved in Tender Fixing. Quoting for job with 3 company names, which are not actually present.

I complain as because, my system got damaged for it's websites ...

yes.. i am agree with u guys...all the sites are infected with virus and trojans...wat the hell is going in that company...i think they are very poor in security ...why the orissa govt chose this company for developing website and i have heard this company also taken a contract for data update for govt site...my god...ek kahawat hai..." Kute ka mat jab aati hai to woh sahere ke taraf bhagtaa hai" ..i think luminous infoways will have this.

I know M/s Luminous Infoways since quite some years and using their services. The above complaints are absolutely false. I do not agree to the points raised.

For our best pratices we have been awarded with CII-Award 2009 as the " best IT Service Provider" by Confederation of Indian Industries and Govt. of Orissa. Further please verify before placing defaming information about established/Branded companies of this country.

Unfortunately We Oriyas never see any good things about fellow Oriyas. This is one reason Why Very limited Oriya companies are successful.

If A Company is progressing well, We need to pull them back. Thats been our tradition probably.

It's not a joke man !!! What you think ?? This complain is 100% valid & fact.
I think the persons who are posting in favor of Luminous Infoways are may be their employees or Owners.

In fact, This company have got the prize using "The Power Of Bribe". But, I do not want to highlight all these things. Below is what I have analysed;

1. Luminous Infoways (As u r saying a International Company) is using Pirated Softwares. (Yes)

2. Involved in Tender Fixing (Yes, as This company quoted for work with two to three company names), i.g, "DIGIPRO" is a name, which infact does not exist. Luminous Infoways have quoted at Cuttack Municipal Corporation with two company names/separate tenders (One is as Luminous Infoways & another is as DIGIPRO)

3. Is Luminous Infoways have OCAC or STPI registration ? (No). But dealing with over sease customers with out paying any task.

4. A defaulter in tax-payment. (Luminous Infoways makes the Income Tax Department Fools)

5. Recently, Luminous Infoways, have confirmed a Govt. work from "Jharkhand", by saying that, this company have more than 300 employees. Really funny ! In fact, company have 40-50 employees, among which only 7-8 are developers & designers.

6. More than 80% of customers are dissatisfied by Luminous Infoways. Any body can have an enquiry with this.

Any way, it's not a leg pooling activity & not intended for any Oriya. The only thing is "DO NOT PLAY WITH CUSTOMERS".

Any company can be come ISO[protected] company with an investment of 8, 000 INR - 10, 000 INR.

Yes, I think I have a good point on "Leg Pooling Activity". It's a tradition at Luminous Infoways. This company is very good in this field.

I have no time to put me in this nonsense. But, as my system is infected due to some sites, developed by Luminous. You most probably a use less person with idiotic behavior, who can blame with out going to the root. Not only mine, my friends have face the same loss. Alright, I will stop write, if you pay me the repairing cost. Anyway, why the panipanchayat site is not comming now. Leave it.

Please never trust this company, i have seen this company when it was operating in pathetic condition, its ceo is a big crook and fraud and his wife also, they suck blood of employee and in interview they aks quetion to candidate will you work if your salary is not paid for one month, just imagin how stupid question and intention of this company. This is a very cheap company and has no proper enviornment and work. just a which is operating in bbsr and making money by bribing govt offcial for cheaper project cost. how can a company survive with cheaper project can it pay tax, can it pay salary, can it maintain operaation cost. the answer is no. the company is a cheat, any boody works here will feel being cheated only home sick ppl will work for few ddays here but after that they love to beg in street than beg for salary here .

I am one of the Ex- employee of Luminous Infoways . I have already left the job from Luminous Infoways however i have deep feelings about the company. Anybody who will work in this company will feel like a Family. Those are blaming to Luminous Infoways are seems like agent of the company whose turnover is below 10Lakh.

Government peoples are not fool who accepts the dirty system, rather you peoples are jealous on companies growth.

Those are saying that Luminous is sharing Trojan please use Anti Virus in your system else come up with your system we will install in free.

Point no. 1

The domain orissapanipanchayat.org is not a active domain. How it is possible, when you are browsing virus coming to your computer. Before writing such things educate your self regarding IT, web etc. etc.

1. Luminous infoways do not use Genuine Software in in development if you say yes then there will be unplanned audit. Most of the software u product is free software which is available open source just download and modify and fool you client. If you want to know about it then i will explain which open source software u sell to fool your client
