Bajaj Finance — About Customer support | |||
I bought i-phone through the bajaj finserv scheme. I have 3 emi so far .Still i didnt recieve any emi card . I couldnt even conact with any customer service. they have give the customer support no. but no one will speek to us .From our (customer side) there is no way to reach bajaj finserv but from their side (bajaj finserv) they have all such proof o[censored]s . Also wen i when I went to bajaj finserv office, I noticed lots of conflicts with the customer and Bajaj finserv staff. there are lots of issues like (changing the interest rate, changing the emi amount, deducting high amount which is not the actual one, without informing customer. I dont all these things are done by bajaj finserv or happening because of carelessness of staff working over there. But wat ever it may be, bajaj has to take responsible for each and every problems. We are getting calls from Bajaj finance continuously. Is there any chance to file police compliant or registering in Consumer Complaints in enough
