Sub:- Complaint against bogus KVIC loan service providers
Respected Sir,

I Nikuj Acharya, son of Mr. (Late) Bhagwati Prasad Achrya r/o 92, Mahavir Smurti Society Opp. C.P. Nagar Ghatlodia, Sola road, Ahmadabad 380061, prop. of Kops Security Service, recently applied for PMEGP (Pradhan Mantri Employment guarantee programme ) online loan application through website http://www.kviconline.gov.in for Rs. 50.00000 for expansion of my business vide my registration I.D. EVKWBB40-69195 in which I got printed application from their office K-Block, 2nd floor, K KVIC head office Old Hindu college C.P. near kashmiri gate Delhi 110 001 mobile no (+91)[protected], 87262140, AND I RECEIVED MAIL FROM [protected]@GMAIL.COM to deposit Rs. 3000/- as project report preparation cost which I have deposited in a/c of sanjay kumar vide a/c no [protected] IFSC code no. 11826 state Bank of India, Dist. Betia Hata, Gorakhpur (U.P.) 273001 .
After one week they asked me to deposit reputedly in same a/c by way of NEFT-Charges, Bank Margin Money late fee and reconsideration of loan application so, paid them till date more than Rs. 1.40.000 in same a/c through State Bank of India, Ahmedabad, nut I regret to inform you till date I have not received my loan amount in my a/c after my financially, mentally & physically lost ad they cheated me by all undue manners and damaged name of Hon. Prime Minister, KVIC and Ministry of MSME, and played dirty ill full practices with the innocent people of India.
there is systematic criminal nexus of their so-called project Manager, Admn. Manager, Accounts and General Manager, their name-wise, Deepak Kumar (Admn.) mobile no [protected], [protected], Santosh Kumar mobile no [protected]-[protected] and Mr. sanjay Kumar who are constructed mastermind plan for looting public money those who very much intending to develop their own business through the vital assistance from KVIC and in the name of Hon. Prime Minister.
I will send all the copies of bank transfer receipts, their application form pattern and their mails which I received from them, I have kept safe call-details of conversations which I can personally produce to Delhi police office.
I therefore, earnestly request, your kind personnel to take up this issue on priority and conduct high level inquiry and take stern action all the nexus gang to who are looting innocent public money and damage high status of our beloved prime Minister, Khadi Villege industries commission (KVIC) and Ministry of MSME and give us proper justice, to all meager income group people including me.

Bakshi, r/o house no 754, sunder nagar, aadarsh chowk near toll plaza, raipur 492013 recently applied online personal loan application through so-called bogus mail i. D. For rs. 50.0000 for expansion of my wife business vide their registration i. D.[protected] in which i got printed application from their office bajaj finance company limited, rajaji nagar, prakash nagar near, icici bank bangalore mobile n0 [protected] deposit rs. 2700/- as proposal agreement cost which i have deposited in a/c of sanjeev kumar vide a/c no [protected] no ifsc code no. State bank of india, who is so-called an advocate of the company vide his id no a-107
After two days they asked me to deposit reputedly in same a/c by way of banking security - charges, bank margin money late fee and reconsideration of loan application so, paid them till date more than rs7300/- deposited on 5th august-2017 in the a/c of mr. Amit kumar the so-called sbi branch manager vide his a/c no [protected] ifsc code no 0016955 branch saurikh kannauj pin code 209728 in same a/c through state bank of india ssi branch, raipur, they demanded of 20, 000/- bribe for sanction of my loan i regret to inform you till date i have not received my loan amount in my a/c after my financially, mentally & physically lost ad they cheated me by all undue manners and damaged name of hon. Prime minister, kvic and ministry of msme, and played dirty ill full practices with the innocent people of india.
