from past 1 week I am trying to fore close the personal loan which i have taken from your bank and the loan no. is mentioned in the subject but none of the executives are helping me to do so. despite several reminders they are not attending my concern and every day the interest is added which is unsolicited. I need someone to attend this asap

Sir, i purchased mobile from croma under ur skim. I filled form & ecs of SCB which is guided by ur staff. Next day i received call from ur staff that ecs should be of HDFC. So i deposited my EMI amount in HDFC. But ur staff put my ECS in SBI & get it bounced. I request u to inform to SEBIL as well HDFC & give me clean cheat. Otherwise i will go to consumer court. Hello sir I apply a loan application in your branch at Ludhiana after inquiry he reject our application without any reason and they tell us your application is reject in the procedure he told us your application is reject due to miss guide him but the truth is he didn't do his work with Responsibility I want re inquiry because we are genuine person and we not miss guide him. Today also he called me for the same, when I told him I am out of country, he start misbehaving and use the abusive language. i had purchased an LED from Croma greater noida on which i had taken finance from bajaj finance. all my installments were paid on time. i got a mail from bajaj finance that they are offering me Personal loan. i applied for that loan their executive came to my place collected all my documents collected some blank cheques and after that they rejected the loan without even telling us the reason. we have asked a lot of time for the reason but no reason is given to us yet. now when i applied for new loan on digital product they are saying my bajaj emi card is blocked. they dont have any reason to give me that why is my card blocked. please file a complaint against this fraud company soo that anyone else should not face this kind of behaviour.

I took a LED tv in your concern. I paid all dues till last month . this month also i transfered by 6th but ecs came on 5th so my ecs bounced i was charged 101 by my bank. again it rehited on 7th but i took the money in order to pay in person. but due to ecs second time bounce i was again charged 101 rs. i paid the my due amt Rs 3750 along with Rs 350 fine. but today a person from bajaj spoke to me from [protected] with vulger words. I am a BL Graduate working. He called me with harshfull words. I have paid my dues. I bought loan by paying all interest but staff behave as if we are thier slaves. the use very very ulgly words to address girls. my phone was auto recording all calls. I got msg from Bajaj finance that I am eligible for loan amount of Rs.1, 43, 000, due to some urgency I apply his . Before and after verification the Bajaj person told me that I'will get I'll get 1, 33, 739 in Hand, So as per this I informed proceed it. But actually I got only 1, 31, 079. What he comited they never debit this amount in My bank. where is Inr 2000/- Even person load calculater showing some different amount and this person saying different. Hello sir I bougt n iphone dis month through bajaj finserv @ Mani Squre mall KOLKATA..d guy holding bajaj customer service desk told me dat i wll gt a confirmation call..nd 1 wellcome kit..nw my query is till nw i didnt gt ny written document about d loan nd i m bit confused whetr d loan is functional or not..i tried to sent sms @[protected] severl tym to knw my customer ID but didnt work..nd nevr gt ny response., .. My loan is approved with the amount 57, 000 on 27 may 2015 and its not credited to my account .when I call to Bajaj finserv no response from them. Pain point when I had discussion with Bajaj finserv they Said the loan is approved, the mistake is account number. They delayed more than 3 weeks. We've received two messages from bajaj finance, the messages are 1. Your application Number is SF23035324 for Personal Loan for Rs. 57, 000, ROI 25.00, IRR 40.86, Tenor 36 Months has been approved by Bajaj Finserv Lending. T & C apply. (Date: 25.05.2015) 2. Your BFL loan application no: SF23035324 of Rs. 52, 446 will be credited to your KARNATAKA BANK LTD A/c no. 0000000 bearing UTR no 440U[protected]. (27.05.2015) Today (17.06.15), we are not receiving that amount till now. Please help us.

I have bought AC on 28th May'15 from Golden Refrigeration Co. Actual tax invoice amount Rs.42000/- as per product MRP. This AC bought through Bajaj Finance loan. RESPECTED SIR, I finance one product from bajaj finserv and I request in march for change the ecs and I fill the ecs form and give the check to MR UMESH and his mobile no [ [protected] ] and agency name is AIRWELL ASSOCIATES and we give a MARCH INSTALLMENT [11.03.15] and amount RS 5350. and he promise to we that our ecs is change next month but our ecs is not change and our track record is damage by him.Please take any action of agency.

Please don't expect your clients to run after you for collecting TDS refund.This is a regular feature of Bajaj Finance.They should tell clients that they are finance company and TDS has to deducted and latter the company will reimburse the same into the account.But it is months that they do not refund. My parents bought AC 2 months from a shop(Nagpur) and a person came and said he is from bajaj finance and collected EMI from my parents. Amount collected from my parents was the exact figure that they are supposed to pay as emi. He provided the receipt of Bajaj Finance. Now company called up my parents and said they never received the emi amount. please call me on +91 [protected]. My parents have the receipt and I can provide all the details. this is serious issue that company should look into urgently. If this is not taken care off, I have to take this case to consumer court

For some purchases from devi International, I took a loan and the loan account number is in the subject line. EMI per month is 6459. The first EMI was paid on 5th June through ECS and is reflecting in my bank account. Despite the ECS payment going out, . I have had representatives calling me and asking me to pay up. Even after I told them that it went through ECS they claim I have not paid. One representative went to the extent to say if I don't pay up he will make me a defaulter. Please check my records for the CRISIL rating and it great. This is the first time I have had this experience and I will like to close my account and have decided that I will never go with Bajaj Fin and will not allow anyone in my family or friends to go with Bajaj Finance Let me know how I can close this account immediately Sudha [protected]

Since last 7 months I am chasing bajaj finserv just to resolve my one small issue but they are least bother for there customer's satisfaction. The customer care never pick the call and if they so they ate least interested in listening the question and if they listen they don't do anything to resolve it. I am.mentally harassed by bajaj finserv everytime I try and contact them my mind get disturbed by there bad customer service.

Hello Team, I have bought CONSUMER DURABLE : SAMSUN-REF REFRIGERATOR and the application Number as per Bajaj finserv is : 4020CD08242681 Interest Free Loan Amount : 27081 EMI Per Month : 2709 I have two Complaints. 1. My EMI Plotted is not proper.As this is an interest free loan, for the last month, I am being charged RS 9.As per the Reducing Balance Method for the last month that is "02/01/2016", my installment should be "2700.00" but actual charged is 2709.00 where in PRINCIPAL is 2700.00 and INTEREST is 9.00.In this case Interest should not be charged but as per the Amot I can see that Interest is charged Please can you refine it and make the changes in repayment. 2. My EMI End Date is "02/01/2016".But as per the Amot I can see that I have been charged for the next month as well that is for "02/02/2016".This is not at all agreed by me.
