My loan is approved with the amount 57, 000 on 27 may 2015 and its not credited to my account .when I call to Bajaj finserv no response from them. Pain point when I had discussion with Bajaj finserv they Said the loan is approved, the mistake is account number. They delayed more than 3 weeks. We've received two messages from bajaj finance, the messages are 1. Your application Number is SF23035324 for Personal Loan for Rs. 57, 000, ROI 25.00, IRR 40.86, Tenor 36 Months has been approved by Bajaj Finserv Lending. T & C apply. (Date: 25.05.2015) 2. Your BFL loan application no: SF23035324 of Rs. 52, 446 will be credited to your KARNATAKA BANK LTD A/c no. 0000000 bearing UTR no 440U[protected]. (27.05.2015) Today (17.06.15), we are not receiving that amount till now. Please help us.

        TDs Refund

        Please don't expect your clients to run after you for collecting TDS refund.This is a regular feature of Bajaj Finance.They should tell clients that they are finance company and TDS has to deducted and latter the company will reimburse the same into the account.But it is months that they do not refund.         My parents bought AC 2 months from a shop(Nagpur) and a person came and said he is from bajaj finance and collected EMI from my parents. Amount collected from my parents was the exact figure that they are supposed to pay as emi. He provided the receipt of Bajaj Finance. Now company called up my parents and said they never received the emi amount. please call me on +91 [protected]. My parents have the receipt and I can provide all the details. this is serious issue that company should look into urgently. If this is not taken care off, I have to take this case to consumer court

          For some purchases from devi International, I took a loan and the loan account number is in the subject line. EMI per month is 6459. The first EMI was paid on 5th June through ECS and is reflecting in my bank account. Despite the ECS payment going out, . I have had representatives calling me and asking me to pay up. Even after I told them that it went through ECS they claim I have not paid. One representative went to the extent to say if I don't pay up he will make me a defaulter. Please check my records for the CRISIL rating and it great. This is the first time I have had this experience and I will like to close my account and have decided that I will never go with Bajaj Fin and will not allow anyone in my family or friends to go with Bajaj Finance Let me know how I can close this account immediately Sudha [protected]

            Since last 7 months I am chasing bajaj finserv just to resolve my one small issue but they are least bother for there customer's satisfaction. The customer care never pick the call and if they so they ate least interested in listening the question and if they listen they don't do anything to resolve it. I am.mentally harassed by bajaj finserv everytime I try and contact them my mind get disturbed by there bad customer service.

              Hello Team, I have bought CONSUMER DURABLE : SAMSUN-REF REFRIGERATOR and the application Number as per Bajaj finserv is : 4020CD08242681 Interest Free Loan Amount : 27081 EMI Per Month : 2709 I have two Complaints. 1. My EMI Plotted is not proper.As this is an interest free loan, for the last month, I am being charged RS 9.As per the Reducing Balance Method for the last month that is "02/01/2016", my installment should be "2700.00" but actual charged is 2709.00 where in PRINCIPAL is 2700.00 and INTEREST is 9.00.In this case Interest should not be charged but as per the Amot I can see that Interest is charged Please can you refine it and make the changes in repayment. 2. My EMI End Date is "02/01/2016".But as per the Amot I can see that I have been charged for the next month as well that is for "02/02/2016".This is not at all agreed by me.                     Hi All, I spoke with Divya CC care agent in April in regards to an Issue of Cheque Dishonoured, which she said cheque has been dishonoured on 05/04/2015 and I provided the proof that cheque didn’t come for collection to me. And the issue was closed from your side after clarification. Today I received a message from Bajaj regarding the April cheque dishonoured charges 360rs are going to be presented in my account on 10/06/2015. Note: I have provided the proof that cheque didn’t come to my end. However, now the Cheque dishonoured charges is not fair. Kindly solve the issue of mine and let me know if you need any further info. I expect others will take care of my Issue. And my Bajaj EMI card is also blocked due to this issue, which I didn’t do.                     Hi All,


                    I brought Nokia lumia 930 in March 2015 Through EMI card no :[protected]. I maintained the balance for this EMI. But, due to some Technical issue from your side first EMI cheque didn't come for clearance on 05/04/2015. However on 7th April i got a call from Bajaj team that my cheque has been dishonoured on 05/04/2015.

                    I got a call from Bajaj and I spoke with divya bajaj backend team agent regarding the issue and I provided proof (Account statement) that cheque hasn't come for clearance. after verifying proof she said sorry and sent collection person to collect the EMI and I paid. The issue was closed as per her words.

                    But, on 07/06/2015 i got a message that April cheque dishonoured charges are going to presented today and the amount also deducted from my Account.today.

                    For your kind info check my EMI card status now cheque dishonoured charges 350 rs has been charged today from my account.

                    Because of this cheque bounce issue on me which i didnt do my EMI card is blocked and obviously if it is quoted as cheque bounce my Cibil got affected too.

                    Hence, My request is to refund my 350 amont and remove the cheque bounce issue from my name as it's a remark to me.

                    Please check the attached account statement of April.

                    I respect your service and offers. Kindly dont do such things to satisfied customers like me, or else i have to stop using Bajaj card. if I dont get my amount refund. and Unblock my card to continue the usage.

                      Hi, i have applied a loan from the bajaj Finserv finding that the loan interest rate for a personal loan is 16%. I got a call from the representative saying that i am eligible for the loan and with 16% interest and he said that on the next day i have to submit the documents, i have re confirmed with the representaive about the interest rate and even he confirmed that its going to be 16%. i got a email with all the user id and password and the loan details in it, there it shows that the loan is approved and the interest rate is 33.79 %. if the interest rate is 33.79 i want to cancel the loan as no bank charges 33% interest.

                        I'm having my company's cellphone number which is registered to Bajaj finance with the previous employee of my company Now he has left the company and I have already given that guy's personal number to the Bajaj Finance company but still they are calling again and again and one of the caller was very rude to me when I told him not to call again. He called me around 05:00pm on 06/06/2015 with this no. [protected]. This Guy was very rude how can he talk to someone like that he did'nt mentioned his name when I asked and he cut the phone.

I wrote an email to them requesting to change the EMI date to 08th as it will not be possible for me to make the payment through ECS on 2nd but they refused to do so and my ECS is getting bounced 2 times .                           Bajaj Finance Salaried Flexi loan Bajaj Finance has created a salaried flexi loan plan. They told me about the benefits of having virtual account to park unused amount and I won't have to pay for unused amount. However, they never told me about any insurance attached to it. When they processed my loan of RS. 4lakh, tney deducted 17k towards processing and more outrageously, they added 1.48 lakhs for hdfc life term plan, which I never knew. When I called and complained after 2 days, they told me nothing can be done. i have to pay for that 1.48 lakhs plus interest which I never knew. This fraud company has to be put behind bars.                               mai aapki 2012 sai customer hu aapke emi card sai mujhe bohat suvidha hui thanks to bajaj but mera card ki expatriate august 2015 hai agar aap usai renewal kar sakte hai tu mujhe call kardai ya mail kar dai mera abhi mai shop kuch purches karne gai tu mera emi card block hai without informatin mera koi bhi payment due nahi hai plz is problem ko solve kare.

                                  I had visited Reliance digital store at santacruz west on 01/06 to buy iPhone 6 64GB, after checking the finance options I was informed that they didn't have the phone in stock and was asked to wait till next day, and I walked out from the store without making any down payment neither I signed any loan agreement and I purchased the phone next from elsewhere outright, if there was no product purchased and neither I signed any loan agreement, why is there an outstanding amount showing on my emi card, also Pls note I don't even have the emi card. I have written to bajaj finance about this and no one has bothered to response. Kindly remove that outstanding amount as no loan has been taken from bajaj and I fear it can affect my cibil score. I don't have the emi card number and I usually login with my mobile# [protected] on bajaj finance site and my email is [protected]@gmail.com

                                    My Lan no. is 403SAL09413606 Am trying foreclose this loan . but system is not updated with any of the details. I wanted to avoid interest on my personal loan but you don't update your system with EMI details so its not allowing me to foreclose or do part payment and the worst is your Customer care . busy busy busy busy busy busy is there really a customer care . i have even mailed complaint but no reply SN03180339
