Hello, My name sumeet Chatterjee, few days back I received an email from bajaj finance stating I am eligible for a personal loan worth 99000 INR, when spoke with a customer service representative I had confirmed multiple times that apart from my cibil score which is extremly good can there be any other reason for the loan getting rejected, the customer service representative assured me stating as it is a pre approved loan it wont get rejected, with this assurance and belief i had submitted all my documents along with 4 signed check of HDFC to a person who collected my documents from my home, next day i was expecting my verification, at around 5pm when no one turned up, I called bajaj and spoke to Vasant Jadhav who stated my loan wont be processed because i am bachelor. Its a real case of fraud and misrepresentation from bajaj finance, what shall I do now?

    I was informed through SMS that I am eligible for a personal loan of Rs. 58000/-.
    after few more sms's I made up my mind to take it.
    An executive was sent to sign form and collect my papers about 20 days back.
    But I received no information from your side about my loan.
    So I inquired from your office and I was told that my loan application is rejected.
    I was astonished because first your company tells me that I am eligible and only documentation is required to approve it.
    Then I am told that I am not eligible. If I was not eligible then why the loan was offered to me. It gave me a lot of mental stress. I completely fail to understand this policy of your company. As till now I am not told about my loan status officially.
    Please convince me as why it was done or I shall take some or other action.

      Dear Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your notice that I have been a victim of Identity theft and have been harrassed and humiliated by three banks ICICI, Bajaj Finance and Capital First. This case was first reported in 2011 when ICICI issued a fake Credit Card in my name which was used by fraudster in my name (Ref to Complaint Number [protected]) and post investigation ICICI was found to be guilty in this case and my innocence was proved. I agreed to settle this case on the condition that my CIBIL rating will be restored and my name will be removed from defaulter's list. However, ICICI did not restore my rating and also did not raise red alert in the market so that fraudster could have been prevented from further frauds. And this led to fraudster committing two more frauds at Bajaj Finance Services and Capital. He took 4 Consumer loans from Capital First 413549/413545/413542/413554 and also 2 Consumer loans from Capital First 5810CD00013008, 5810CD00013009 While committing these financial crimes he used same address 415 C Naya Khand 3rd Indrapuram 1449 UP 201010 and phone number [protected] and email address [protected]@PATNI.COM which never belonged to me. I spoke with these banks and they say they are trying to solve this problem ASAP. I have following questions from you all 1. I have recieved so many obscene calls by recovery agents of these banks where they used abusive language and also life-threatening calls 2. They downgraded my rating in CIBIL as a result my loan application was rejected by all banks and this led to delay in my important work such as renovation of my house and other important works 3. They brought down my public image in front of my office colleagues and manager and neibours etc. 4. I am tax payer citizen of this country and paying 40000 INR every year to GOI and expect fair treatment, however, I have been denied all benefits by banks due to this fraud. I spoke to these banks regarding compensation for this loss of image, cost incurred due to Internet uses, purchasing of CIBIL Report, humiliation and harassment due to rejection of loan application. However, they refused to pay compensation.       I have already written to Bajaj Finance and spoke with number of people. I need my CIBIL score to be restored so that I can get personal/home loan or other benefits from market which I am entitled to being tax payer citizen.
      Further I also seek compensation of 1 Lakh INR from you. However, Bajaj Finance has declined to compensate despite my innocence has been proved. Hence, be ready to fight for legal battle now. I will expose you in all forums and also planning to file a lawsuit against you for harassment, humiliation and loss of public image.
      My entire family was abused by your recovery agent and also used obscene language over phone. Due to which my entire family was in state of shock. My CIBIL rating has been downgraded due to this and no one willing to offer me any kind of loan despite my

      I have already spoken to Bajaj Finance and they have declined to compensate me despite their guilt being proved.

      I need compensation of 1 Lakh INR due to following reasons.

      1. I have been abused by recovery agent of Bajaj Finance and used so many obscene language. My wife was also abused over phone despite my innocence.

      2. My public image has been brought down due to this entire fraud and my entire family was in state of shock

      3. My loan application is being turned down by all banks as my name has been put on Defaulter's list despite my innocence has been proved in all legal channels and it is causing me lot of embarrassment as I am in dire need of personal loan (which I am entitled to as I am paying direct tax of 40000 INR to GOI.) And my loan application is being turned down my all banks including Bajaj Finance as well.

      Failure to pay compensation will force me to expose you in all channels including PMO, Chief Justice of Indian, Governor of RBI, Deputy Governor of RBI etc and will make sure that your licence gets cancelled as well as you are penalized heavily

        Dear Concern, I am Navneet MIshra from Mumbai.My customer id is 19046774. I bought one LG TV from Reliance oulet, Growerl Mall, kandivali. For the products EMI amount is 3590 but my EMI amount deducted (thru ECS) per month is 4259/- which is more than the amount what it supposed to be paid. Initially I overlooked the issue for 1st months but one day when I went through the website of bajajfinservlending, found that an extra amount of 669/- being charged on every month because of BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN (405BAL[protected]. I do not understand what it actually is? I was not told anything like this when I bought those products. Why this extra cost is being associated with my EMI amount also i have not got any document regarding this as well? Please clarify me why this extra amount is deducted?           EVen i have the same issue with Bajaj Finserv. I never done business with those people and now they are showing me as a defualter for 50, 000/-. They have my PAN number and other informations are wrong which does not belong to me. I have contacted they and in the beginning they said they will remove that since it was a wrong update and I have a confirmation number provided by the Bangalore office. Now they are telling me that its my information and they cannot remove. I was about to file a law suit thru consumer court and they said they will have a fraud investigation and now they are like Bangalore office people tried contacting me and I have never responded and they cannot do anything. I am filling a law suit now. Any advice. please. Kushalappa

            Hi I am Alex i purchased LG TV from viveks thro bajaj finserv. Even though i have pre-approved loans and been paying my earlier loans for electronic goods purchases and paid all dues on time. For the recent purchase, your mylapore branch staff stalin had unnecces charged dp charges of Rs.500 inspite i told other branch n even at nearest ezone doesnt charge. After i called your customer care and checked, they say its the mistake of local staff and i inturn complained to stalin. Till date he is not giving any details in clear document. On top of that, it seems They have lpst my ecs cheque and now he is threatening that he will take back the tv sending some people to my house.               Dear Sir, On jan 28th, 2015 I have applied for EMI card through online ( my customer id :[protected] in which for Rs.249/- i got 20% off and in turn I have paid 199 Rs. through SBI netbanking. But till date i did not receive the card and the same I have intimated through mail communication on Feb 5th to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in with the following ticket number: SRN02497437 and after two days they replied that not received the payment. After loggining through my credentials in bajaj fin serv portal i came to know that card is issued and its ending number is with 7198 and expiry is upto 2025. Whats this? whats happening at the bajaj services end.. i dont understand.                 w.r.t my loan a/c no. 400SCE04141876 which had been taken in Oct 2014, I had not received the Card till date. Apart, I had been receiving calls from your CC no.[protected]daily 4 times). When the service is poor who will prefer to take the loan from you. I don't want to receive the calls from this no. again. Also I would like to take up with the forum for not sending me the Card & troubling with missed calls even when I have expressed I am not interested in taking any loans from Bajaj on account of poor customer care. No one will respond on the customer care no. or toll free no. This kind of a poor service i have not faced any time.

                  Hi, My loan account number 5770CD05536311.. which is for the xperia z2 i had taken few months back ( 3EMI deducted) But to my surprise i am seeing another loan account number 577BAL05536496 which is kind of linked to above as insurance. Now i have never applied for it or agreed. for it. Then how is this happening. It seems BAJAJ finance is fraudulently making this loans accounts as insurance. its a foolishness to secure a loan of such small amount with a insurance premium of 6, 564.00... This is a breach of trust we have with BAJAJ and ECS mandate that we sign. I had swiped my EMI card for this. and as far as i remember no one ever told me about such insurance. I have taken a persoanl loan and one time EMI for such insecured loan is 8000 ... This is a cheating/fraud done by BAJAJ .. kindly resolve ..

                      Dear Team,
                      Today I went to purchase one tv on emi basis and the shop has tie up with Bajaj finance and they told that I had taken one loan from Durgapur westbengal and they shown me my Pancard number and it was matching with my original one and there was14 cheque bounces in that loan which downgraded my Cibil rating.
                      I told them that I had never applied for loan in Bajaj but they were not agreed .They had given me one Customer ID please check it and reply me soon with all the details.

                        I have taken one Loan from Bajaj finance, Corresponding to the same One EMI started from 02Oct2014, however they have started deducted some other EMI (which I have not purchased) from my account. When I spoken with my banker HDFC, he is saying he is nothing to do that. I could not able to speak with right person from BAJAJ. I feel Bajaj going through some FRIADULENT Activities.. My user Name from BAJAJ FIN Service : Username : 15682251, Fake Loan no # 4040CD05894100 Already 3 EMIs fraud EMI deducted from my account, whenever I call, customer care representatives asks me to write complaint by mail..these are time passing tricks.                         This is a breach of trust we have with BAJAJ and ECS mandate that we sign.

                        I had swiped my EMI card for this. and as far as i remember no one ever told me about such insurance.

                        I have taken a persoanl loan and one time EMI for such insecured loan is 8000 ...

                        This is a cheating/fraud done by BAJAJ ..

                          I got loan from bajaj finserv on 26/1/2012 and I am not interested in any kind of insurance of my loan but as the officer from bajaj insist me so many time that you have to pay only 290 rupees one time and your loan will be insured. so i agreed but when i get the loan documents through mail it is clearly mentioned that i have to pay 291 rs per month which is fraud to me and i call the officer back on his number [protected] but he refuses all my arguments and said that i told you per month. now i want to cancel this insurance or premium whatever it is. plz do the needful...

                            Hi, I got a pre-approved personal loan through e-mail and applied for that one subsequently your agent called me and fixed an appointment so that your agent can collect all the necessary documents but unfortunately none of your agents visited my house for the proceeding. I want exact explanation why your agent did not visit scheduled appointment and wasted my valuable time. Thanks and Regards.

                                        Here I would like to state that I have purchased a LED TV from Kedia at Jabalpur and get 10+0 scheme and the amount was 2750/- and Loan #4650CD5836154 since 27500/- is the amount of total but from first month the amount SMS is 2828/- and I have complaint every month orally but No result yet.
