I noticed on 02-Apr-2022 there is an online debit transaction
CMP MANDATE DEBIT Bajaj Finance Ltd. - DD for an INR 4, 894.00. Similarly, there is an online debit transaction CMP MANDATE DEBIT Bajaj Finance Ltd. - DD for an INR 5131.00.
Both these transactions have happened without any prior intimation to me. I also do not know the reasons / circumstances for such online transactions.
Both these transaction may be reversed.

Dear sir,

Bajaj finance manager Suresh from "Bangalore Residence Road Branch" called me and torched with bad words, and he called all my introducer and spoiled my image.

He demands me to make full payment not for part payment. and i requested to send mail but he is not ready to send mail.

Also he threatening me and he will come and hit me in my house it seems.

Pls take necessary action again him.

Only this month payment not paid because of job less and joined to new company.

today itself i received nearly 25 call from different person asking same questions and torturing me .

Suresh itself called me 10 times with in hour and torched me .

Note: Because of Suresh torturing today i got impacted with my health problem.

Pls kindly take necessary action against him (Suresh) so that other customer will not face same problem what i undergone today

On the 09th of March I received a call from Bajaj finance saying that I have a pre approved personal loan of Rs. 6, 58, 000.

I said I am interested. Mr. G Dhananjay was the caller, he said that I will be getting a verficiation call and requested me to provide all details asked. I told Mr. Dhananjay and the verification caller Mr. Akash Rawat that if my loan amount is less than what you are offering then please don't process...

Bringing your notice a serious concern on cheating me on the flexi loan hidden charges which were not informed to me before availing the loan and diverted me saying that only 100 Rs is credited and 1.25 Rs per month will be deducted from my account and when i logged in to Bajaj Finserve customer portal, i can see that Rs 284 EMI has already started for 84 months totaling to 26147 including all kinds of charges like processing fee, vidya ... etc. which i did not opt . Sales person did not told anything about it. i was told only one thing that whenever i took money from Bajaj from then the interest will start and i need to pay the interest at least per month if i cannot pay the outstanding amount. but here such huge amount of 26 k is charged on me for not utilizing anything. This has to be reverted back and i will not accept this at any cost, else cancel your flexi loan account on me and i am not going to pay anything for these kind of misleading things. This seems to be clear chatig on my part from you. Either revert it back or cancel the loan as i don't need any courtesy from you. As i think it is clearly misleading customers by providing false information to get their commission that's it. No one is fool to pay 26K just for getting flexi loan approval and without actual utilization.

To The Bajaj finance incharge Respected sir, While we are applying to the Bajaj EMI card purpose but unfortunately Wallet care is activated and fee 699 /- is charged. We have called several times to the customer care but no one is responding.. please kindly need your help regarding this, Activate the Bajaj EMI card and deactivate the wallet care or else please refund the money sir.. I got details from bajaj finance services for loan disbursement but was provided wrong information and i paid 6000 and now they are saying to pay 1lakh and amount would be disbursed

I am writing on the behave of my father. Without our concern how they deducted the money from my father's account. we have no dues with them. They debited Rs. 1682 from SBI account so pls take immediate action about this issue.

My name is SATISH KUMAR i am a consumer durable loan customer in bajaj finance. I ahve purchased a product in 15/06/2019 for whcich emi have been completed. But why the bajaj has deducted rupees 295 twice from my sbi account let me know and kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.

Few days ago I will select the mobile in online mobile website, , for purchase but bajaj finserv send me installment due date in my bank account/., But mobile phone is not come in my hand/, m Mobile model is oppo Reno 6 pro my loan account number- 4M5ECFHY676051 pls check my details and cancelled my emi// company cannot proceed my complaint I will go to court/., This is not fair., My account in the name of pinkey jambay

They have made hell. Everyday in and out I have been receiving SMS, Automated calls, franchise calls.

I have not even enquired with them. I have calls, sms and automated calls almost daily and even in night.

They opened so much franchises that they are desperate to call. I have been fighting with them on twitter handle. They confirm that thy will investigate but they activate some other marketing gimmick.

Today I got SMS from BAJAJF, from Tel landline +[protected]/03/2022 at 11.35am. They gave silly excuse that they have stopped all marketing calls. again after two days it starts again,

iam paid My emi no any pending EMI but my account Active show the balance cheque Bounce charge, i am last 5, 6 years your customer no any default my account, This time unable pay right timeb 2 EMI, But i am paid the current month, i am request you kindly Cheque Bounce Charge Remove my account, SENDING NOC

I have taken a loan from Bajaj which I am repaying correctly without any fail. But this month they have charged extra Rs. 295 as mandate fail chrg txn. When I checked at Bajaj they said bank is responsible, but when I enquired at bank they are blaming Bajaj. We have all transaction history, there is no ay of check bouncing. Please do refund of this 295 Rs.

These people of Bajaj Finance keeps on calling everyday to irritate us. Even if I asked them 100's of times not to bother me they keep on doing the same.
