Myself Blessen Cherian. Account of my LCD TV is 4560CD00015460. I have been informed that the installment is Rs.1999 and now i got the sms that its due for Rs.2109. I need a reply immediately regarding the same otherwise i will take my documents to consumer court for the help. I am not able to check anything online. Requesting for my username and password also.

I am Kishore Kumar and my mobile number is [protected]. On 7th July 2010 I received a SMS from TD-Bajaj telling thanks for the loan. I was shocked to know when I have never taken any loan. When I contacted the Bajaj Finance Customer Care, they said it is just bulk sms and IGNORE them. Today on 2nd Aug 2010 I have again received sms from TD-Bajaj for emi-installment payment.

I am confused and want to know WHOM to complaint whether police or any complaint cell for such grievances.

I had been receiving SMS regularly from Bajaj Finance Ltd (Now Bajaj Finserv) stating that my loan ( as per them Loan account No.[protected] is over due. To my best of knowledge I have no loans with BFL.
I had complained them many times and every time I get a ready-made reply stating that my complaints will be resolved in 48 hours. But nothing happened. The complaint form available in their website (www.bajafinserv.in) is useless and the Submit button never works.
Their Customer care number[protected] is not accessible. Wonder what is happening to this company......

I HAVE GET RS 60000 (SIXTY THOUSAND) PERSONAL LOAN PERSONAL LOAN FROM FINANCE CO . BAJAJ FINANCE CHARGED ME RS 2869/- EMI FOR 36 MONTHS.I HAVE TO PAY RS 103284/- FOR 60000/-. SO INTEREST IS[protected]=43284/- IT IS 72.14% INTEREST RATE (43284x100 / 60000)
SO MY COMPLAIN IS HERE BELOW:-
1. IS RBI ALLOW ANY FINANCIAL CO TO CHARGE 72.14% INTEREST ?

2. IS IT LEGAL TO CHARGE RS 43284/- INTEREST FOR PRINCIPAL...

I had purchased a LG REFRIGERATOR for Rs 20000/- from VIJAY SALES Camp, Pune on 10 May 2009 on Zero percent interest, however, processing fee Rs 500/- was charged by them. I made a payment of Rs 10000/- and balance amount was paid by PDCs in six EMIs which in Nov 2009. It seems somewhere in the chain, instead of 6 EMIs data was fed as 8 EMIs and since Dec 2009 I am being harassed time and now for payment of extra 2 EMIs which I have refused to do so. Neither I am being issued with NOC. tHIS MATTER was raised with PUNE AREA SALES MANAGER Mr Keshav Kishore and he did follow up the case but the Legal Deptt is harassing us time and again.

Pl advise action.

I had taken loan in 2008 since i had changed my job called them and asked them to collect cash from me and also filled up transfer account form for futher EMI to be deducted since that was my salary account and it got closed twice i gave them these form also paid 500rs transfer fee twice but they had lost so i said first give the solution then will give the payment then Mr. Sandeep Wagh a senior Person came from Bajaj to my office with the agent who had lost my chq and applogies for the same and asured me that it will be done next month (December 2009) but its still not happen and now from past 1 year i am trying Mr.Sandeep Wagh he is not replying to my call and when i get call from the bajaj agent i gave them his number and informed the same but no result.
Now suddendly one lady is calling from bajaj not giving her name she is literatly using abusing language so i dont take her call i told her tel your senior to call me but she is abusing still and now the limit is she called my residence and my five years old daughter answered the call and she abused and using bad word and talking about me she also abused my mom in law using [censored]er and my sister in law etc
I am fed up with her call need to file a complaint against her

My Name is Ankur Gurha and i am en employee working with WIPRO Limited. I purchased 2 AC's in April 2009 and got it financed from Bajaj Finance. My Laon Account number was [protected] and the EMI which i use to pay was Rs. 2756. I have paid all the EMI's on regular basis and there has never been a single ECS bounce from my account. MY EMI's got over in January 2010. After which, i am getting calls from Bajaj Finance that there is still an EMI of Rs. 1308 pending from my end. However, there is no such record im my statement. Now i am continuosly receiving calls from Bajaj Finance forcing me to pay the EMI or they will take legal actions. It has been a harassment to me and i am not getting a clarification for it. Request you to kindly help me in getting this issue resolve.

Hi, i have taken loan against lcd televison for which i have submited all required documents and after which the loan was cleared, i recedived the call from bajaj finance last month on 23rd may - 10, and i was informed there was a mistake from their end due to which they could not submit ecs documents and i was asked to pay the manually which i paid assuming the issue will be fixed as i was promised this month i received call again saying that they forgot to submit esc documents this month either and that upset me hence i asked them to come and pick up the money either on 1st of july-10 or get the esc clearance done for which executive venu gopal behaved rudely and tretend that he will send the executive and no matter what he wl take the money at any cost and that was really matter of consern and make me think, if my family is secure?

I would like to state that my name is Syed Kaleemullah resident of 20-3-462, Hussaini Alam. I took a Bajaj Pulsar on Friday 18th June 2010 from Bhadur Pura show room. I submit all my documents. Today morning I received 3-4 calls asking about my address. He was polite with me, so i had given my land mark. At around 6:15 pm a person by name Mohammed Mujeeb called from Bajaj Finance and told he need some details.

I was in a meeting so I told him, I am in a meeting please call after sometime. He replied me I have to submit your report in 20 mins. If you wont give me the details I will submit it by saying, he took the bike but not giving details. He was so rude to me, as if he is doing a big favour & I am asking some charity.

I would be gratful to you if you look in to this matter and take some necessary action against him.

So that atleast he learn how to talk to a consumer.

Purchased one Bajaj Platina through their finance on Jan 2009 from Pondicherry branch. The Ist EMI from Feb 09. They presented two EMI cheques in the month of April for Feb and Mar.There is no response for my query.I have sent regd.letter for requesting for the schedule of my emi payment.Again there is no response. Every month they are disturbing me over phone that your cheque has been bounced. But the payment is regular. They are threatending me over phone.

On 03.10.2009, I purchased LG Washing Machine (7kg) Model no. WF T8019QS for Rs. 15,950/- from Infinity Retail Ltd. (Croma), Ghatkopar, R- City Mall.

For the above article, Rs, 4,980/- was financed by Bajaj Finance @ 0% interest and was to be recovered in 6 EMIs of Rs. 830/- each. The first EMI started on 05.11.2009 when my captioned account was debited with an amount of Rs. 830/-. The full amount of Rs. 4,980/- had been recovered on 05.04.2010.

However, Bajaj Finance is still continuing the recovery of EMI of Rs. 830/- from my above mentioned account on 05.05.2010 & 05.06.2010. They have so far collected excess amount of Rs. 1,660/- from my account which is illegal and without authority. They are not taking my call and not accepting my written requsts.They need to be black listed .

which is not so much helpful for me ,

I have taken loan from Bajaj Finance. They're deducting EMI from my account on monthly basis. The amount which I took from them has been returned, still they're deducting amount from my Bank Account. I tried a lot to contact them (e-mail and phone), but failed. Nobody picks the phone[protected]. They don't respond to the mail, also. I don't know what to do.

In June 2007, i have bought desktop loan from Bajaj Finance, Madurai Branch.
Loan Amount is Rs.45,000.Total number of installments 24 Months.
Unfortunately, two cheques are bounced due to two reason(i) Due to salary revision in my organisation (ii) Suffered by Jaundice

For that two bounced cheques, i have paid the cash in Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd,Ramanathapuram Branch. I had two cash receipts in my hand.
At the time of completion of loan, i have got statement from Madurai Branch office, in that one, two installments pending is specified, at that time i shown my cash receipts to them also. They told me that, if you paid the installment mean no problem sir.
But last month i have applied the used car loan at kodak Mahindra finance. They told me that, sir, your name is in CIBIL defaluter list.
Actually i have paid the balance amount Rs.4750. My loan propasal no:9034

(ii) Receipt No:41266136 Date:01.11.07 - Rs.2375
Hence, kindly remove my name from CIBIL Defaulters list, in order to getting loan from others.

I, N.I.Haroon Rashid, residing at 10-Pulavar street, Ilayangudi-630702, Sivagangai district, i have got consumer loan from Bajaj Finance (Madurai Branch) for Rs.45000,on10th July2007. My proposal Number:9034

During the re-payment period, two cheques are bounced, for that i have paid the two installment Rs.4750 at Ramanathapuram Branch.

I had the above mentioned receipts in my hand.

At the time of getting final statement from the Madurai branch office, i have informed and show the receipt to them.

But, still my name is displayed in the CIBIL, Due to this display i did't get any loan from any organisation. This may spoil my reputation. Kindly i request you to remove my name and due amount from the CIBIL.

The cheques are cleared from the ICICI bank ,Ramanathapuram Branch.

Please help me to get my NOC letter for which I purchased a bike by Bajaj finance.
I had paid full amount which the Coimbatore Bajaj finance manager told, still they asking 12000 more as penalty.
Please investigate and do the needful.

I wish to inform you that I have newly purchased "Bajaj Discover DTS-Si 100" on cash payment at Rolta Bajaj showroom at Phool Bagan, Beliaghata, Kolkata-700 010.

On the day of purchase, they did not inform anything about the vehicle, its maintenance, or etc., and also told to visit the Service centre for any details.

As I was within the period of 30-45 days from the day of purchase and travelled 361 kms, I visited Rolta Baja Service station at Beliaghata (Near Ragini Cinema), Kolkata-700 010 to avail the first service for my bike.

At the Service centre, they asked to tell problems that I faced while riding the bike.
I told all my problems:
1. Engine oil leak at the engine and silencer rod.
2. Problem in shifting First gear, every time we need to press the gear two to three times, then only bike is ready to move.
3. While riding the bike even between 40-45 kms speed, there is unnecessary soud comes from both front side and back.
4. Vehicle's pick-up/pulling power is very less.
5. Chain become so loose, that it also makes sound.
6. Very poor mileage.
7. Front wheel air pressure is maintaining, always lowers below normal recommended pressure.

Then, I asked whether all the 27 points menioned overleaf of the service sheet will be perfomed for the vehicle? They told that the complaints you have told will be checked and overall tighting the engine etc, will be done.
I asked whether engine, gear box, carburetor, etc will be cleaned properly?
They told that nothing will be done unless any complaint is filed or reported in advance. As such the bike is new, nothing is required except change of engine oil.

And, the worst thing is the mechanics are dishonest and they are not completely pouring the engine oil, but retaining 30-40% of oil in the can itself and they are not giving back the can, eventhough we are paying Rs.199/- for Servo 4T Mobile engine oil.

Most important thing, the water wash was not done properly. So, I asked them to do it again. They are telling me that you should along with the water service boy and tell him where to wash properly. My question is instead of telling the wash boy to clean the bike, it will be better to wash by myself. What is your opinion?

I know the Rolta Baja service station is reimbursing a bulk amount for these free services provided by the Bajaj company, but not performing well even for atleast 20% and so.

I am a native of Chennai and my father has Bajaj 4T champion since 1997. As he was completely satisfied with the peformance of the bike and service provider. So, I also felt good to bye a Bajaj bike.

At the service centre, they are not propely answering any queries. They purposefully makes us to wait for nothing and delaying.
I am from a respectful family, and working in a Central Govt. organization, and always talk politely and gently with everyone.

But, at the service centre, they treat the local guys who spoke unparlimentary words and provides their bikes preference, but even not showing interest to inspect and attending our bike. They purposefully harass us unnessarily. What is the necesscity to get such an ill treatment from irrespective persons like them?

But after having experienced the worst kind of service after sales, I am fedup with keeping Bajaj bike, so I wish to look for an alternative, if I get moderate amount fo my bike, I will surely change my vehicle for Hereo Honda.

In the Bajaj website itself I tried to submit my complaint, but the server was not responding, and that's why I am sending email.

I am writing this mail in order to improve the service and maintin the Company's name and reputation. Please do the needful.

But there is not any single cheuqe return during the my loan and there is not any issued during my consumer loan with bajaj finance,
