Dear Sir,

I purchased a Discover 150 cc bike from Sri vinayaka Mobikes kachiguda hyderabad on 28th August 2010. The dealer said that i would be receiving the Temporary registration number on monday.
When i went to collect the Temporary registration from them on the given day, to my shock they have given a wrong address on the TR slip and the mandatory forms as a result of which RTA assignment was done wrongly. instead of khairatabad RTA it went to Ibrahimpatnam RTA. I had a big argument with the dealer like how he can write a wrong address and assign a wrong RTA.
He said that these errors are common and they can be corrected in 1-2 days and assured that he will give the correct papers on tuesday.But that didn't happen and he said to come on thursday.On thursday he says friday.This is going on and aon without any solution. Without proper temporary registration papers and Dealer provided forms i cannot go for the permanent registration.

This is nonsense and frustrating. Even after providing correct proofs and address, phone numbers. How he can make such a nonsense mistake and prolong the issue.

Please suggest as to what can be done in this matter as i am loosing my patience and cool and drive this matter to closure

i have purchased bajaj discover 150cc on 26.08.2010 from your chattarpur dewan bajaj showroom.After 11 days, that bike's battery was giving problem and after 500km reading, when we went for servicing, his self start was not working..and as per the servicing people, they refused to help us rather they told us to go to main showroom where we can complain abt that..when we went to dewan showroom, your executive told us to go to jhandewala ambo batteries but for your kind of information, that service station was closed long time back.when we again went to ur dewan bajaj showroom, they told us to go to okhla phase1 to get that replaced..but according to ur okhla phase 1showroom, they said, that brand battery can not be replaced.and more over your employee Mr. S.Palta told me that we gave you our number not to disturb us.now you told us what to do.you guys have sick services.i wont recommend anybdy for your brand.kindly call me at [protected] or [protected] (mani felix) and solve my problem at the earliest.
I purchased Bajaj Discover 150cc on 28/08/2010 I dont have any problem with my bike. I will ride minimum 70 Kms per day at an average speed of 60 to 65 kmph. Engine is very smooth and fuel consumption also very less comparing to other 150cc bikes. Good bike worth of buying.
im am confuse my choise is Discover 150cc but my friend advise that i am purchase the bike is Splender plus ...
Dear Bajaj Auto Service,

I have purchased your Discover 150cc, bike no. DL 7SBJ 8922 on 18/08/10 for the cost of Rs 53500/- from your reputed dealer named "FAIRDEAL'"
From the begining, my bike is creating lots of problems, I have done my first service from GAUTAM BAJAJ, Okhla, Phase-2,
After servicing of my bike i face the problem of meter, When i send my bike to service center, they told me that it will take 10 days
for the replacement of meter.

On 28/9/10, the piston cylinder leaked automatically, after that i went again to service center Gautam bajaj, where i met to store keeper mr SANJEEV, he said to me that part is not available this time and requested me to wait for 4, 5 days, After waiting of one week i again went to service center on 12/10/10 for the repair of my bike which is leaky, but they told me that part is not yet available and said me to wait further
one week,

Now i m frustrated with your service and i am not going to repair the bike, I want only replacement for that,

So, i request you to please replace this bike, which has lots of problem on its early days, And i am not satisfied with your bike and your service,

Kindly do the needful,

Bajaj — Regd. number not giving

i had buyed bajaj platina bike in october 2011 by full cash money but till today they have not done passing of my bike.
Dear sir,

i had taken discover 150 in year 2011 but in a very short period to time the bike started giving maintenance . But i was shocked when i had taken my bike to bajaj service center because the clutch & gear Plus the kick is not working properly and said we will check it and revert back to me .
after that they said their is a fault in clutch plate and kick spring is broken so the costing of whole will be 5000/- .

I stated that hardly 1 1/2 year i had taken the bike and in a very short period of time it is giving me a huge maintenance which is not bearable to my pocket .


So i had gone to the customer sevice desk to narrate the scenario but then also i m nt satisfy with that . Even i had ask for a mail id for customer complaint but that to also nt provided they given me the number of Mr rahul more he is the ASM of bajaj auto but he was busy in the meeting and said to me that i wil cal u later .
no body is ready for corporate for the same n i am very disappointed with the product and also the service what i had receive .

i m from pune So sir kindly look into the matter for the same n do the needful

I HAD PURCHASED DISCOVER BIKE 150CC ON DATED 12.11.2012 ABOUT 2:25 PM
BUT ON SAME DAY AFTER THREE HOURS LATTER IT HAD DAMAGE ITS k latch plate, when I drived it only 40 kms .I had informed to Mahesh Auto Centra, who is authorized Dealer Nalagarh (H.P)& he allowed me to change plate in any unauthorized dealer & call me after holidays(13.11.2012 &14.11.2012 Diwali Festival).After Holiday, I had handover this Bike to above agency & wants New Bike replace this Bike But they did not give me any response regarding this matter.

    Dear Sir/Madam
    I, Ashok Pandey, had purchased ONE quantity each of TV, Fridge, and Washing Machine in Feb 2008 through Bajaj Finance, Agra. Total 08 installments of Rs. 3000/-were to be paid, Out of which 07 installments were in time, the cheque of 08th installment was produced 02 days early, and resultantly it got bounced. Later on I was also out of station as I was in Defense Services for a period of 03 years.
    Now when I came to know that one of my cheque bounced 03 years back and payment is still pending I went to Bajaj office at Kamla Nagar(Agra, UP) but the person sitting there is telling that those Rs. 3000/- has now become Rs.13500/-.
    I am ready to pay these Rs. 3000/- but no one is accepting the money/cheque from me.
    Please do the needful as there was only one single cheque for 03 consumer durable goods. I am also ready to pay with an interest of 10-20 % of the full amount.

      My Name is Naresh Kumar Singh and I am an employee working a Private Ltd. Co. at Kolkata .i have taken a Personal Loan of Rs.27000/=(Rupees twenty seven thousand only) as on 03/07/2010 agst. Cheque no. and got it financed from Bajaj Finance. My Loan account number was[protected] and the EMI for15months which I use to pay was Rs. 1463/-P.M. I have paid all the EMI’s on regular basis and there has never been a single ECS bounce from my account .and that after I talk to your agent Mr. Sanjit Bose ,Agent code no. 41002.i can’t given the Loan amount because is my family position is very poor this time and not beared with this Loan ‘s EMI payment ,then Mr. Bose talk to me ,if you don’t warry I am solve this problem ,you have just pay Rs. 4000/- (Rupees Four Thousand only) and we have given the full & final settlement letter to you
      again he said to me Mr. Naresh Singh please don’t warry.i am also with you , I have also paid of two post dated cheque RS. 2000/=(Rupees Two Thousand Only) each.given to his for their received sign.and dated Total full & final settlement copy give me for any queries My EMI,s got over in june,2010 after which,I am getting calls from Bajaj Finance that there is still an EMI of Rs.16000/=(Rupees Sixteen Thousand Only) pending from my end. However ,there is no such record in my statement .now I am continuosly receiving calls from Bajaj Finance forcing me to pay the EMI or they will take legal actions. It has been a harassement to with my families and also myself. After that concern with your agent mr. Bose through mobile but unfortunately,every time he’s mobile phone switched off ,it is to panic & very disappointed myself ,what to do this time ,I am not much more about this matter getting a clarification for it.,Request you to kindly help me in getting this issue resolve.


      Under the circumstances,I appeal to you to do something to prevent him from further hsrassing us and redress our grievance, so that we may live peacefully in with my families.

      I would be grateful to you if you look in to this matter and take some necessary action against this issue.

          I thought lets give a last chance and called Mr. Panchal few day back, he was in GAO with the bajaj team........
          Once he was back he even called me (that was a surprise!!!) and said that he was not aware that nobody has contacted me and since i had not followed on the same he assumed that the issue was sorted out????
          Still he said and s called followed up and told me that he has checked the details and have got the revert from the head office and will get back to me. This call is also now more than a week. I don't know even this mail is going to work or not.
          Mr. Dharmesh Panchal please atleast pick my calls which you hae stoped picking up.

          I am sure if you people care for the customer, you will extend the warranty for 6 more moths due to your delay.

          NOW WHEN I WANT TO GET MY PC SERVED FOR CERTAIN ISSUES NOBODY IS RESPONDING. WHEN I APPROACHED THE VENDER FROM WHERE I HAD BOUGHT THE PC I WAS BEEN TOLD THAT MY PC IS NOT COVERED FOR EXTENDED WARRANTY. I WAS A BIG SURPRISE TO ME. I WAS BEEN ASKED TO CONTACT THE FINANCE PERSON AT THE DESK AT CROMA HIMALAYA MALL FROM WHERE I HAD BOUGHT THE PC.



          THERE WAS NO ANSWER FROM THE PERSON AND WAS VERY RUDLY ASKED TO CONTACT THE OFFICE AS IT WAS NOT BOUGHT THRU THE PERSON WHO WAS SITTING THERE AT THAT MOMENT.



          I WAS FORCED TO VISIT YOUR OFFICE IN AHMEDABAD, NAVARANGPURA AND HAD SPOKEN TO MR. DHARMESH. HE ASKED TO SEND ME A MAIL WITH THE DETIALS, WHICH I HAD DONE ON THE SAME DAY. RESULT BIG ZERO,



          I AM STILL FOLLOWING THE SAME WITH HIM BUT END RESULT IS STILL A BIG ZERO



          I REALLY DO NOT HAVE ANY FAITH OR TRUST THAT MY PROBLEM WILL GET RESOLVED.

            i have purchased bajaj pulsar 150 in d year 2006 for which i have taken loan from bajaj auto finance. the loan was taken 4 tenure of 3 years for which i have made all the payments nd outstanding due with proper intrest imposed on me. Even though clearing all legal and valid dues i still have not got NOC letter. Its now almost 1 year. please look into the matter and do the needfull.               My compliant is for Bajaj finance.On[protected] i have submitted neccessory papers for samsung LCD through he dealer M/s Skyview Sales,Rander Road Surat.till date I have not recd.any imtimation from bajaj finance.so many times I tried to contact local Bajaj Office,but i could not get proper reply.When i sent mail to
              [protected]@bajajfinance.in-the address given at bajaj finace website-but surprisingly my mail returned undeliverd in my both yahoo and gmail id.So I have sent mycomplaint through :"cpmplaints" as well as "compliments"section of their website.Till date i have not recd.acknowledgment or any reply from them.
              Here is my copy of mail sent to them.

              Sir,
              I have decided to purchase Samsung LCD TV from M/s.Skyview
              Sales,Rander Road Surat.(Ph.[protected] The dealer had offered me 0%
              finance from you.I then submitted necessary papers/documents on
              [protected].After 4-5 days they informed me that your loan was declined
              by Bajaj with a reason that I am a Personal loan defaulter.I Was
              surpised and socked because I have never taken any loan from any
              oustside agency/institute except from my bank where i am working.So
              the dealer M/s skyview sales assured me to resubmit the papers to you
              for reconsideration.They resubmitted the papers.When i remind the
              dealer about my loan,they tolled me that Bajaj office is not replying
              and responding to them.I have have also tried many times since last one
              week to contact your local office Phone no.[protected] and
              [protected] (Manager cr.) but only a couple of time i was able to
              contact the person on phone with a common reply "Pl.call me after an
              hour".Surprisingly then after no one is replying to my several calls.
              Pl.look into matter immediately and return back my documents with a
              refusal memo, if you could not process the loan.

              Dear Sir i have taken loan from bajaj for refrigerator. It was 8 EMI. I have paid all first 7 installment regular. Though i have sufficient balance in bank for the purpose of 8th EMI, but due to bank default EMI was not deducted from my account. I have all evidence of sufficient balance. It was not my side fault. Bajaj is force me to pay penalty of Rs.500. Bajaj should have to take this matter in action because of its brand name. You Can check my account by Mobile No. [protected], SURAT-Gujarat.

                  On July 29 2010 I received a SMS on my mobile that I am eligible for a loan of Rs.39000/- My customer number is 4100CD00019095. Accordingly I had filled up the form and gave four post dated cheques in September 2010 on the assurance that I would be provided a loan of 30000/- within seven working days. Today I received another SMS from LM Bajaj finance asking me to check my pre approved personal loan offer. What has happened to my cas is a mystery. I want a cler cut answer from Bajan Finances.                     Hi, My name is Afzal Shaikh and i had purchased a Samsung LCD from Sumaria Electronics (Mahim). i paid Rs. 6333.33 by my credit card and the balance was financed to me for 8 months and i had given them 8 cheques of Rs. 1583/-. Since May 10 every month the cheques have cleared but still i am getting Harrasing calls for payments not made. The advisors calling me are very rude and does not understand that i have already given the cheques. I requested some of them to send an executive so that i can handover copies of my Bank Statement where it clearly mentions that cheques have been deposited and cleared.

                    I had only brought a Samsung LCD & Electrolux Fridge from Bajaj Finance in Mumbai from VIJAY SALES on Aug 2010, My account is sufficient for ECS clearing, But recently i have been getting collection calls for some Nokia Cell Phone i bought from Bajaj finance that i have never applied for and they are mentioning, wrong Address, and also DOB but similar name. My Name is Irfan Shaikh, and they are correlating me with someone with similar name who has purchased the product. i have been receiving this collection call from the month Sep 2010 and now they have updated my address and DOB on their data, my application was first rejected when the sales person from Bajaj Finance entered my PAN CARD # then they called next day and told me that there was an error from their end there was a person with same Name and DOB because of that and after verifying everything i got the clearance for products. In my entire life so far I have never brought any product from Bajaj Finance until Aug 2010.

                    Last week I got call from Sutherland collection department Parakash and today i got call from some Archana Sawant from Bajaj Finance, when ask to verify my critical information like my PAN card sd she was not able do so, finally she gave me the email address for some Atul.Badmukhe by saying to send an email to him related to this issue. But these people are always calling me and harassing me every now & then, please need help.

                    I logged in for first time on Bajaj finance web site after entering the login information which I received from on Bajaj finance to check my Loan ac status is now also updated with false information stating that I have brought N70 Nokia cell phone in Jan 2008 agreement no.[protected], which is completely false and way i never received any thing in writing or phone call about the same from so many years, as my address and phone no# have not changed from past 4 years, need all the clarification about the same i have mention my only consumer loan ac details below which I have taken, it’s a big mistake made by your clerical department and i need all the possible answers for it, I will not take someone wrong doing on my credit,

                      Sirs, I applied for a loan from Bajaj Finance for a fridge which I wanted to purchase from Vijay Sales, Mira Road, Mumbai. The loan application was rejected by Bajaj Finance, without any reason, but I was told by the rep from Bajaj Finance it must be because of a credit card default I made.I admit I have defaulted with a Standard Chartered Credit card more than 10 years ago, after which I have never used any other credit card, and also have completely cleared and settled with Standard Chartered Bank, more than 10 years ago. So how come I'm being penalized and my integrity being questioned after more than 10 years?. After this I have taken and cleared loans from ICICI and have a very good credit rating with them.Is it a problem with me or Bajaj Finance, or Vijay Sales for using Bajaj Finance as the Finance.My bank statement for the last 5-6 years shows no default a all with one single account I have with ICCIC bank. WHY IS MY CBILL RATING NOT 0 RATED???

I was shocked to know when I have never taken any loan. When I contacted the Bajaj Finance Customer Care, they said it is just bulk sms and IGNORE them. Today on 2nd Aug 2010 I have again received sms from TD-Bajaj for emi-installment payment.

                            I am confused and want to know WHOM to complaint whether police or any complaint cell for such grievances.

                              I had been receiving SMS regularly from Bajaj Finance Ltd (Now Bajaj Finserv) stating that my loan ( as per them Loan account No.[protected] is over due. To my best of knowledge I have no loans with BFL.
                              I had complained them many times and every time I get a ready-made reply stating that my complaints will be resolved in 48 hours. But nothing happened. The complaint form available in their website (www.bajafinserv.in) is useless and the Submit button never works.

                              Please read carefull the following points which am mentioning below.

                              I have purchased a Samsung Washing Machine in 2008 and paid all the amount thru EMI's with Cheque Bounce Back Balanace Leftover, at that point of time I never knew or even had an idea of getting NOC from the Company.

                              And after few years I have lately realized that I need to get NOC and approched volantarily thru internet to send me the details of loan so as to close the same.Since then the struggle over phone have started.

                              OVER ALL I FEEL PRETTY MUCH UNHAPPY AND UNCOMFORTABLE ABOUT THE SERVICE OFFERED BY THE BAJAJFINSERV EVEN AFTER PAYING THE AMOUNT.

                              One point to be considered is I Have closed the EMI balance and only left over is Cheque Bounce Charges and if that is not closed, my CIBIL status would only be affected with that and I hardly believe that company has notinh to loose with the same.

                                I had purchased a LG REFRIGERATOR for Rs 20000/- from VIJAY SALES Camp, Pune on 10 May 2009 on Zero percent interest, however, processing fee Rs 500/- was charged by them. I made a payment of Rs 10000/- and balance amount was paid by PDCs in six EMIs which in Nov 2009. It seems somewhere in the chain, instead of 6 EMIs data was fed as 8 EMIs and since Dec 2009 I am being harassed time and now for payment of extra 2 EMIs which I have refused to do so. Neither I am being issued with NOC. tHIS MATTER was raised with PUNE AREA SALES MANAGER Mr Keshav Kishore and he did follow up the case but the Legal Deptt is harassing us time and again.

                                I WANT THE ANNOYING PHONE CALLS TO STOP. ALSO I WOULD WANT TO BE COMPENSATED FOR THE MENTAL TORTURE I HAVE GONE THROUGH.

                                MY FRIENDS, FAMILY MEMBERS HAVE ALSO RECIVED A CALL FOR THE SAME PURPOSE WITHOUT MY APPROVAL. LAST CALL I GOT FROM THE NO.[protected] I WAS GIVEN WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS AND WAS SPOKEN TO VERY RUDELY.

                                I WANT THE MATTER TO BE RESOLVED ASAP OR ELSE I WOULD BE FORWARDING A MAIL TO VARIOUS NEWS CHANNELS.
                                Can someone tell me where to lodge complaint against Bajaj Auto Finance?
                                More than 18 months back I purchased a bike on finance, all but 5-6 cheques were passed without hiccups when the Finance company began to place cheques irregularly. Twice my cheques were dishonoured because the company placed 2 cheques in a gap of 3 days. I tried contacting manager but was unable to, I instructed the bank to stop payment so that the customer support would contact me and the dispute be solved but the company is still not responding.
                                Is there a way that I can contact Bajaj Auto Finance officials online or do I have to go to the Consumer Redressal Forum?
                                The following letter was mailed to bajaj fin but no Justice .their people lie
                                while giving loans and do not disclose facts cause statement comes afterwards

                                Interest 17848 divided by 22 months =811 .with a bouncing if any would
                                Be charged 200.and incase of foreclosure il hv to pay only the principal amt
                                And the interest 811 would be charged monthly only till I use loan

                                On knowing I being mislead I requested verbally to do justice to my case but was
                                Unheard resulting into delay in few payments which has been dep keeping in mind
                                Of healthy dealing and justice from you.

IS DH-G-BPH-15332.I GAVE BAJAJ FINANCE 22200AS DOWN PAYMENT.MY EMI WAS Rs 4196.WITHIN 1 YEAR.LAST 11 CHEQUES WERE ENCASHED BUT THE LAST AND FINAL MONTHLY INSTOLMENT WAS NOT ENCASHED BY YOUR COMPANY.FOR THIS I AM UNABLE TO GET THE NOC.MY LAST INSTALMENT WAS DUE ON DECEMBER.PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND GET ME OUT OF THIS HARASSMENT.
                                I had applied for a loan of just 17000/- as i was not interested in dishing out the total amount at one go. To my amazement Bajaj Finance, Baroda rejected my application and no body was able to provide me a valid reason as to why my application was rejected.

                                This is not acceptable and i would like to intimate Bajaj finance through this forum that they would have to come up with an answer shortly. i am going to catch them sooner than later.

                                i had availed a loan for a desktop PC in 2006. Protofin Management employees called me recently and informed that an installment is pending as on date 20 April 2010. i asked for the amount, cheque number and date which has not been cleared, and promptly they hang up the phone. i have many a times requested for the pending installment's details in writing but to no avail. i have checked my bank transactions and find them in perfect order. the phone calls are disturbing and insulting. kindly help.

                                I had only brought a Samsug LCD & Electrolux Fridge from Bajaj Finance in Mumbai from VIJAY SALES on Aug 2010, My account is sufficient for ECS clearing, But recently i have been getting collection calls for some Nokia Cell Phone i bought from bajaj finance that i have never applied for and they are mentioning, wrong Address, and also DOB but similar name . My Name is Irfan Shaikh, and they are correlating me with some one with similar name who has purchased the product . i have been recving this collection call from the month Sep 2010 and now they have updated my address and DOB on their data, my application was first rejected when the sales person from Bajaj Finance enterd my PAN CARD # then they called next day and told me that their was an error from their end their was a person with same Name and DOB because of that and after varifying everything i got the clearence for products . In my entire life so far i have never brought any product from Bajaj Finance until Aug 2010 . Last week i got call from Sudherland collection department Parakash and today i got call from some Archana Sawant from Bajaj Finance, when ask to varify my critical information like my PAN card sd she was not able do so, finanly she gave me the email address for some Atul.badmukhe by saying my quire to him. But these people are always calling me and harrashing me every now & then, Please need help.

                                LG Refrigerator — Extra EMI Payment

                                  I had taken loan in 2008 since i had changed my job called them and asked them to collect cash from me and also filled up transfer account form for futher EMI to be deducted since that was my salary account and it got closed twice i gave them these form also paid 500rs transfer fee twice but they had lost so i said first give the solution then will give the payment then Mr. Sandeep Wagh a senior Person came from Bajaj to my office with the agent who had lost my chq and applogies for the same and asured me that it will be done next month (December 2009) but its still not happen and now from past 1 year i am trying Mr.Sandeep Wagh he is not replying to my call and when i get call from the bajaj agent i gave them his number and informed the same but no result.
                                  Now suddendly one lady is calling from bajaj not giving her name she is literatly using abusing language so i dont take her call i told her tel your senior to call me but she is abusing still and now the limit is she called my residence and my five years old daughter answered the call and she abused and using bad word and talking about me she also abused my mom in law using [censored]er and my sister in law etc
                                  I am fed up with her call need to file a complaint against her
                                  Next time when yu receive that call, go ahead and record that call and just give a complaint in the nearest police station with the recording.. deal this legally with some lawyer.

                                    My Name is Ankur Gurha and i am en employee working with WIPRO Limited. I purchased 2 AC's in April 2009 and got it financed from Bajaj Finance. My Laon Account number was [protected] and the EMI which i use to pay was Rs. 2756. I have paid all the EMI's on regular basis and there has never been a single ECS bounce from my account. MY EMI's got over in January 2010. After which, i am getting calls from Bajaj Finance that there is still an EMI of Rs. 1308 pending from my end. However, there is no such record im my statement. Now i am continuosly receiving calls from Bajaj Finance forcing me to pay the EMI or they will take legal actions. It has been a harassment to me and i am not getting a clarification for it. Request you to kindly help me in getting this issue resolve.

                                    I am Santanu from Wipro Technologies at Chennai. Bajaj Finserv is the worst organization that you can ever think off. There is no word called - Settlement in their dictionary. I have just settled a huge outstanding last week where the fault was not mine and it has been admitted by senior bajaj manager back in 2007. Still I ended up settling a huge amount which is eventually three times of the amount that I took finance for from bajaj.

                                    Since your case is very fresh and provided you have all relevant proof's on your hand reflecting that you are over charged, then I would suggest you to go to consumer forum and if you need any help please feel free to call me on my number +[protected] as I have all the relevant information on consumer forum. I certainly do not want to spare Bajaj Finserv for their unethical business across the country.

                                      Hi, i have taken loan against lcd televison for which i have submited all required documents and after which the loan was cleared, i recedived the call from bajaj finance last month on 23rd may - 10, and i was informed there was a mistake from their end due to which they could not submit ecs documents and i was asked to pay the manually which i paid assuming the issue will be fixed as i was promised this month i received call again saying that they forgot to submit esc documents this month either and that upset me hence i asked them to come and pick up the money either on 1st of july-10 or get the esc clearance done for which executive venu gopal behaved rudely and tretend that he will send the executive and no matter what he wl take the money at any cost and that was really matter of consern and make me think, if my family is secure?
