Myself Subhasish chatterjee, I took refrigertor from Great Eastern, Uttarpara, under the 0% interest scheme of Bajaj Finance(for eight month). My EMI with insurance 1805 (Insurance Component is approx RS189/-). three number of ECS already cleared. Irrespective of that I did not get any response from Bajaj Finance regarding the insurance. I had informed them severel time over email but did not receive any reply. at very begining i had informed them about ny not interest in insurance because they dont offer any terms n condition and even after deduction of three EMI,they dont provide me any insurance related document. i also informed them that insurance amount of 7 month would b adjusted with 8 month EMI, and outstanding amount would b pay by cash but did not get any response.
pls advice me , what to do now.

    Hi,

    I had bought a LG LCD TV a couple of months back and had taken a 0% interest loan from Bajaj finance. I had clearly mentioned that my salary gets credited on the 7th of every month and so, I wanted the post-dated cheques to be dated 7th or later. But, inspite of giving clear instructions, the cheques are being deposited on the 5th of every month and I have got 3 cheque bounces so far. The first time an agent came and collected the amount.. the 2nd time, I went to the company and gave a formal complaint and asked them why they put the cheque every 5th and they told me that they changed their policy and all future loans will have to paid before 5th. The guy there said that he will try to do something about it. I also told him that I have another consumer loan coming in every 10th (again from Bajaj finance for a LG Fridge loan) and that it never bounces since my salary would have been credited then. I managed to somehow put some money in my account so that the cheque doesnt bounce this time, but unfortunately, the EMI cheque came the same day when my money got credited and so it bounced again. I really do not know how to manage this situation now since I do not have extra money to keep my account funded before 5th of every month.

    Please let me know how to proceed.

      With reference to my loan a/c #[protected], of which I had purchased a refridgerator. My EMI had bounced owing to an error from my bank in the month of March 2009. On the call I received from Bajaj Finance, the next day, the agent was extremely rude and didn't listen to what I had to say. I had requested them to redeposit the cheque as it wasn't my fault that it bounced. They stated that I would have to make the payment in cash of which I stated that to please hand over the bounced cheque back to me. They said that they would do so and so far no one came nor called.
      Now, they have started SMS stating this is your balance due, but there are no details about where to make the payment.
      There isn't any customer service # wherein one can call and register a complain nor enquire for the branch details.

      True. I am facing same kind of problem. I have made settlement of a loan of a laptop with a full and final letter in my hand. After over 1 years, i am suddenly getting threatening sms on daily basis to settle the matter. The number mentioned there [protected], never pick the phone.

      God knows, what to do...they are real boold suckers

        Dear sir,

        I bought a computer through loan from bajaj finance hyd, while filling up my ecs they made wrong in my name, as well as one payment i paid they dont given receipt till date, while met one of executive Mr.Uday kiron from hyderabad branch, he confirmed me that, he will sort out this issue, still not yet been sorted out, later on my efforts finally they updated my ecs and now amount will be credited in ecs. Becuase of this old pymt, they are torturing me by way of phone calls. Even i told them to sort out this issue for last 6 months. Still not yet been redressed.

          Bajaj Finance: I had taken a consumer loan with Bajaj Finance and I was paying a monthly installment of Rs.5,000/- a year after the completion of payment, one fine day people from Bajaj finance woke up and calls me and tells me that one of my cheque has bounced and I will have to pay a sum of Rs.5000/-. As the account is old I do not have any records of the same so I told Bajaj that to bring me the bounced cheque and I will pay the money due. Other than calling me and threatening me time and now of the consequence of going to court they till date they have nether gone to court of, brought back the cheque to me. Instead they have listed my name in the defaulters list.

          On[protected] they send me a message saying “Reminder for the legal notice issued on 10-Nov 09 for outstanding in your loan[protected] pay immediately to avoid legal proceedings, Contact [protected]”

          Consumer loans are given with postdated cheques, They claim that one of my cheque is bounced the simplest way to solve the problem is bring my cheque back and collect the payment. I have told them a hundred times. My creditability is more important than just Rs.5000/-, but if every one ignores such instance banks will start taking every one for a ride, I will fight till the end.

          Information systems of Indian banks and some corporate lack Security, Integrity and Authenticity whereby hindering the creditability, privacy and anonymity of ignorant public.

          Reasons why they take advantage of customers.
          • Human errors are diverted to innocent customers
          • Misappropriation of accounts for personal benefit
          • Tallying of corporate balance sheets grading customers as defaulters into suspense account.

            Hi there,

            I informed Bajaj Finance and am continuously following up on this matter. In spite of repeated reminders, this ECS from my bank a/c is going out though the all loan amount is paid already.

            Need few action / help from your side:
            1. Please help me stopping immediately the ECS (check the a/c in my name – SUMANTRA SOM – Bajaj Finance Loan A/c [protected] and another one]
            2. Provide me the NOC
            3. Please refund me the amount for the last 3 months with interest. Also I would like to request for compensation of this harrasment as appropriate.

            Bajaj Finance — REMINDER IN SPITE OF PAYMENT

            I purchased an LCD TV from TLC Vizag with the help of Bajaj Finance. The EMI is debited in the form of ECS from my Axis Bank Account. I always maintain a good balance in my account. The Bajaj Finance rep from Vizag keeps calling me up to remind me that my payment is pending inspite of the fact that the bank statement clearly states that the amount has been debited.
            This is really irritating as the man is very arrogant on phone and its not nice at all. Why do i have to put up with this ?
            This same thing happened to me even if all the EMIs are deducted from ICICI Bank. The collection guys in hyderabad happen to call almost every day. Then I talked to their account section (Mr. Chandra Sekhar) and sent Bank's certificate & Bank Statement towards the EMI payment which as per record was pending. Thereafter I got a email confirmation as well as final statement that all the loan EMIs are cleared.

            Suddenly yesterday I got an SMS to pay one EMI Payment and that is almost after 2 years. I do not know what these guys are up to. No body answers the phone i[censored] call to their Tarnaka office (Ph. 32414106 and[protected]. These people have made my life hell. Please stay away from Bajaj Finance with regard to any loans.

            Also please suggest where I can file an official complaint against them.

                Fake Financing

                Everyone should know the BAJAJ FINANCE, who is offered 0% finance as Dipavali offer in Vijay sales of Khargar unit is a bogus offer. They told me to produce them 6-months bank statement and a copy of PAN card for financing me to purchase a LCD Television. I have produced everything but they didn’t provide me the same. They said I should have one credit card or the copy of Vehicle RC book (I have got RC book of Maruthi-800 and 2nos of two...

                Hello ,
                From last 4 days i am visiting to vijay sales baner office to purches a LCD & Refrigrator .
                For Bajaj Financec I submited my all documents Payment sleeps , bank statement,Add Prof etc.
                But the rejected my case .
                I reailly dont understand what was the problum. there person at the shop just told me Case is rejected by code , But even he dont know what was the code problume and afcourse they dont have much knowladge about there finance company & also no customer care. so this was very bad experience for me.

                Hello,

                I had purchased a PC and had got the Finance from Bajaj Finance 3 years back.
                The loan is as on date fully repaid.Still then i am getting the SMS that the outsatnding Amt is 2644/- Rs.
                Amazing thing is i asked the collection guy to come to me and explain the statement which he himself could not understand.
                In the next month the same guy called me and told that your outstanding is not 2644/- it's 1297/-.
                Also the ESC of this company is worst, the cheques do come for clearing before the cheque dates(in my case 3 cheques came for clearing before the cheque date)
                How can i pay the person who cannot prove me that my cheques are bounced and has no sufficient data to explain that and even doesn't know how much is the O/s amount?
                Very hopeless company.
                Never in your life go for Bajaj Finance.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I have purchased your bike ( Discover DTSi 100 cc) on 03/10/09 at Satyma Motors, Tagarapuvalsa a sub-dealer of Varun Motors of Visakhapatnam in Andha Pradesh. When I filled the petrol tank, I abserved leakage in tank at petrol tap junction. I showed the same to the showroom mechanic. It was not the tap problem. It was manufacturing defect in tank itself. Now I want replacement of Petrol tank. What I have to do? Kindly inform as early as possible. Later I will give u the Engine & Chasis nos etc.

                      i want to purchase a samsung 22" lcd tv from the local dealer m/s sathi traders of sodepur accordingly i found that m/s bajaj finance is available there for financing my purchase this consumer durables.i submitted the required documents at the earliest and on 6/10/2009 the company representative named mr asim phoned me from this ph no [protected] and verified everything regarding the documentation,on that very day at the evening i received a sms from TM-Bajaj that my Cd loan has been sanctioned and the no of that is SF289505.now when i reached to the dealer for purchasing the goods dealer refused to deliver the goods as the cheque which i submitted for ecs is not valid though i told them repeatedly that my branch is a cbs branch.the fellow not present at the time of my purchase for verification and harrased me in this way though i contacted him before i going to purchase the goods.so please do not give responsibilty to such a person (your representative)who is so irresponsible killing my valuable time.

                      I have purchased Daikin AC on Rs. 32, 500/- and I have paid the down payment of Rs. 6, 500/- and agreed to do the loan of Bajaj Finance for an amount of Rs. 26, 000/- (EMI Rs. 3250/- & 8 Installament). But agent of bajaj finance get the approval of Rs. 32, 500/-. In such a case explain me why they get the approval for higher amount than actual required load.

                          I have bought one BAJA Discover 135cc on 10th October 2008 in the name
                          of my father Mr. Gurupada Hazra. On 29th of September 2009, we have
                          found, it was not starting. The kick was locked and the self starter
                          was not working. We took it to the nearest service center. Now they
                          are saying that some valve in the head has been broken and it is due
                          to petrol problem. They are charging Rs 4500/- to fix it. They are
                          behaving like a goon and arguing that as it is due to petrol problem,
                          so they won’t provide the warranty for it (though it is under warranty
                          period). We have requested them for a written document mentioning that
                          they won’t give the warranty. If we have that document we can verify
                          that from the Company . But they are denying giving any such written
                          document. They are saying that they are not authorized to give such
                          document. They told my father to contact Bajaj Auto Ltd. Now it is not
                          possible for us to contact Mr. Rahul Bajaj or his company. I think
                          they are lying of the reason of the malfunction.
                          My question is whether they are liable to fix this problem free of
                          cost or not? If not, then on which case I should have got the
                          warranty?
                          Please advise me what do I do now? Whom should I complain against it?

                          Discover135cc — Regarding Unsatisfactory about that Vehicle.

                          Today i had bought new Bajaj Diccover135CC bike at 7.30 Pm.I am starting my travelling from the show room with that new bike.After 15 mins i stopped the bike and again i started but self Start is not working and neutral light was not blinking and horn also not working.This is my very worst experience from BAJAJ DISCOVER.With in 15 mins the total problems will be affected.Pls take care this issue with in 1 Day. After Repacement Of Timing Chain There Is Problem Of High Mobe Oil Consuption So I Told Them That If My Cylinder Piston Is In Companye's Warrenty So Repace It They Did Fraud With Me That It Is Ok Just Ride Your Bike Regularly Nothing Will Happen.                             HI GUYS, THIS IS KRISHNA, BEAWARE OF BAJAJ FINANCE - TIRUMALA MUSIC CENTER.

                            I AM GIVING A WARNING BECAUSE OF THE PROBLEMS WHICH I HAVE FACED FROM THESE TWO COMPANIES. HERE I AM TRYING TO RESOLVE SO MANY PEOPLE'S PROBLEMS, WHO ARE FIGHTING WITH BAJAJ FINANCE BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKES, SCAMS, ETC.,

                            I MYSELF A VICTIM FROM BAJAJ FINANCE. I TOOK A 1.5 TONN LG SPLIT AC FROM TMC, FINANCED BY BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE, FOR THAT THE FINANCE PEOPLE MUST SEND 1 ECS TO MY BANK ACCOUNT, BUT INSTEAD OF 1 ECS MY BANK ACCOUNT IS HITTING 2 ECS WITH THE SAME EMI AMOUNT. I RECOGNIZED THE PROBLEM AND I AM HERE TO SAY FEW TIPS TO ALL THE POEPLE, SO THAT YOU WILL COMEOUT SURELY FROM THE PROBLEMS.

                            BAJAJ FINANCE PEOPLE ARE MAINTAINING A ILLEGAL LOAN ACCOUNT ALONG WITH THE ORIGINAL LOAN ACCOUNT WHICH IS COMPLETELY ILLEGAL.

                            IF ANYBODY FACING THE PROBLEM OF - ECS DEBITING TWICE IN A MONTH:

                            HERE SOME SOLUTIONS WHICH I AM MENTIONING, PLEASE CHECK IT OUT: ( I AM SURE IT WILL DEFINETLY RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEMS)
                            1. PLEASE CHECK THE CIBIL REPORT OF YOURS, SO THAT YOU WILL KNOW YOUR LOAN ACCOUNTS STATUS.
                            2. IF YOU FIND ANY ILLEGAL LOAN ACCOUNTS IN THE CIBIL REPORT, THEN FIND OUT WHO IS THE BANKER.

                            BY THIS WAY I FIND OUT THE CULPRIT AND I FILED A CASE ALSO AGAINST THE BAJAJ FINANCE & TIRUMALA MUSIC CENTER.

                              I had taken my bike Bajaj Platina at Sep-06 on 24 months installments. but in the middle the employee of bajaj finance came to me and told me that my check have been got bounce because of his fault. he doesnot fill the right name PAY TO. he fill that area wrong and the check have been bounce. when i check my account then there was enough balance and the dates were also accurate . so i think there is not any other reeason from us to bounce the check.
                              But now the company says that there is the panelty of Rs.800 on me. when i will fill that panelty then they will give me my panelty. many times i have send them photocopy of my Pass Book. where it is really clear that we had not any fault.
                              Its almost !year of our installments completed and i want to sell my bike but due to NOC i cant do it.
                              Please do something about my NOC.

                              Not received my NOC

                              I had taken my bike Bajaj Discovery & paid the full and final installment on Aug 14 2009.
                              Rs.13, 000/-. Receipt No.28656594 . AGMPO No.[protected]. As I have paid the full
                              amount, pls note there is duplicate bill made from your office which you had told us
                              that it will be refunded and the settlement is done.

                              ( Duplicate Bill No. 858347/17.10.08 3 instalment -6564/- and 1Bill No.858345 /7.10.08 -
                              Rs.2, 188/-- 1instalment) is given for your reference and is done from your office and your
                              people had assured that your account is settled and the NOC will be sent within 15days
                              but so far we have not received the same and false assurance is given daily.

                              Please onceagain I request you to immediately send the NOC otherwise it will be leading
                              into problems .

                                We have requested to you. I Ranveer Singh (Mech-Sr.Engg.). I purchased a Bajaj Discover-135 DTSi self start bike dated 01-Junary-2009 from your dealer “Patidar Automobile, Mandleshwar who is the Sub dealer of Precious Bajaj District-Khargone M.P. pin code-451001”. When my bike ruined 2000Km that time the rear shock up of my bike are down loosed that time I informed to my nearest sub dealer Patidar automobile about this problem. And I ignored them. Before three months when my bike is not ruined 6000Km bike are generates unwanted and unavoidable noise and sound so again I informed him. He tell me that is fuel problem due to this your Bikes engine’s colour going to be Red. But I always filled fuel from my nearest fuel station. I also have Bajaj Platina & Bajaj 115 but they don’t have any problem. Its not suitable answers of the dealer which he tells me. I also contact to my main Dealer “Precious Bajaj Khargone” he also replied to me same.
                                Due to this I am very upset and I also lost my faith which is on your company.

                                Please immediate solve my problem and take necessary action for repair of my bike as in under warranty period to your dealer. Through this my faith which is on Bajaj Company since 20 Years is continuing. If you don’t take any action then in that condition I am free for take any action.

                                  I got a loan financed from Bajaj Finace for a laptop. I started paying monthly EMI from Jan 2009 @ 3839. Till date there has been no default from my side. As per my calculations, my EMI is going to be over by October 2009.

                                  Unfortunately, till now I have not received any documents from the Company regarding my loan details such as the loan account number, the last EMI month, etc.

                                  I tried to contact the company through their telephone number burt there was no response. I request for prompt delivery of my loan papers with relevant details.

                                    I bought some consumer durables in 2007 April with bajaj finance with a marginal loan amount of Rs 15000/- and gave his agent the post dated cheques (6nos) for Rs2500 each.
                                    All this amount was debited from my account, the first two cheques were withdrawn on self mode and the last 4 were directly credited to the bank account of the company. I didnt notice this discrepancy.

                                    However, in May 2008, i got a call from the Bajaj finance agent, that the payment of Rs 5000/- is balance for my account number[protected]. I checked my accounts and found that all of the amount has been cleared. I even got the bank statement and send the scanned copy to the concerned person of bajaj finance, where it is clearly mentioned that the amount is withdrawn from my account against the post dated cheques, i had given.

                                    Now in Aug 2009 i'm recieveing SMSes from the bajaj finance to pay the balance amount of Rs5000/-, in order to avoid legal action.

                                    Kindly advice.

                                      I have purchased bajaj discover 135 es(date 03.06.2009) and took finance fromBAFL-PROPOSAL NO 12WCHE00111628my frist emi rs .2417collected from your chennai office throgh rcpt noAF11685253, when we asked why it is not drawn from bank, they said they had some mangement problem and not able to take, emi through ECS, but this month they took two payments from icici dated 05.08.09-rs 2417 and the same month 10.08.09-2009Rs-2417.what is this what proceedure they have, i do not understand, pl let me know if i go to consumer forum, shall i get any help to recover
