I have taken mobile phone financed by Bajaj Finance Khandbara, Nandurbar.
My name is Munna Gavit, I couldn't pay this month's emi on time, for I was unwell and I'm still admitted in the hospital of Ahmednagar... so they locked my phone and charged penalty. That was as per their rules so that's fine.. no issue with it.. but now their agent ([protected], [protected]) is not able to call me as they have locked my phone so now that agent([protected], [protected]) has taken my mother and sister's number from my relatives and now calling my family members and harassing us... I had told him that I'm unwell and admitted in the hospital will pay later with penalty charges but he is not even try to understand...
And the worst things are,
1) He([protected], [protected]) visited my home at 8PM at night when I was admitted in hospital which is ILLEGAL.. He doesn't even know RBI guidelines.. agent can't visit customer's home or office before 9AM and after 8PM.
2) I asked him for his name and ID but he refused. He was so unprofessional, he doesn't have any manners, doesn't know how to behave. 3) After that he([protected], [protected]) visited our shop and was asking for free products because we couldn't pay emi on time...
I could have taken a legal action against him but couldn't... Now I regret myself, I should have had to go to police station and take legal action against him. Was this information helpful? |
