Bajaj Finance — Behavior of Bajaj Recovery Agent | |||
Dear all I wanted to share pathetic experience from Bajaj Housing Finance As iam using home loan facility from this company since Jan 2019. Due to current Covind 19 Pandemic salaries are getting late or not disbursed by employer's due to which EMIs are delayed. i had requested Moratorium request with Bajaj Finance on 05th may 2020 via Service no SR33318963 and SR33318943 but as on 25th june 2020 its showing In process with Bajaj finance ( They need 50 days to process request ????). Today i got total 6 calls from different persons and got last call from Mr Sameer who is employee of collection department while talking his senior Mr Ishwar Neware ( Area Collection Manager) started speaking with me. I have explained my current financail situation and assured him about repayment but he is not ready listen and started abuse by saying why you taken loan if your not capable to repay you should feel ashamed and i have to send recovery team to your home as we will start process of reposition. Iam shocked to listen this feedback from senior person like him and argument and voice tone was very negative and every time threaten to repossession. In spite of Hon Supreme court order they need approve moratorium as per customer request but they have not done anything on customer request for 50 days and collection manager using abusive language. I request all concern people to take corrective action against these people as they are treating people like thief and using abusing language in this difficult times Was this information helpful? | |||
