Bajaj Finance — Change of EMI date | |||
Hello, My loan a/c number with Bajaj finance is 4040cd06039883, I financed a TV with the mentioned bank, I changed my job and my salary date is changed from 28th to 08th of every month . I wrote an email to them requesting to change the EMI date to 08th as it will not be possible for me to make the payment through ECS on 2nd but they refused to do so and my ECS is getting bounced 2 times . Every month I have to pay when my salary credit and it reflects negative on my CBIL also they are charging 350 RS as other overdue . The people who call for collections follow un ethical way to collect the money and threat me that they will come to the house to collect the TV and will insult me in the colony . Can any one help me to change the EMI date because its no use to pay them because after paying them on time also if I have to compromise with my CIBIL then there is no use . Just wanted to remind you that no one in your company has
Ever tried to resolve my compliant and either contacted me by any means .
Should I go and send the email to Nodal Officer or Banking Obsduman
Officer . Next month is also coming and i will be getting my salary on 07th so this time again you will charge me NSF and Ruin my credit which i will never let this happen . If i will not hear from you guys will send the email or planning to file a law suit in Consumer Forum
Also i have full intentions to pay money, i am just asking to change the due date to 08th of the Month .
This month i paid my all due left with the bank till date .
