First of all, I think this is a fraud company. They charged me 2000 for auto debit failure and from 4 months I did not receive my insurance policy. I take a loan from Bajaj finance for iPhone .one day one of there telecaller call me and said we charged you 350 .i asked for what...and they said for auto debit failure.but they cut 2000 from my kotak account...I will not give any single money to u people of my remaining amount . First give my unnecessary charges. And improve your customer care services. Thanks and regards. Aditya bhandari
